We use the inspection features and it is very easy to understand and customize. The support from Suitespot is also excellent. Cons: The only thing I think they can improve on is the sync. The mobile version and web app version are not exactly synced. If you start an inspection on one device it must be completed on that same device. The integration with Yardi is a huge help as it eliminates duplication of work and gives everyone access to the information they need, especially helpful for proving resident damages. There's really nothing like it! Cons: Requires some set up if you need to customize your reports and workflows to make sure it is working correctly for your business.
