This was the most seamless tool we've tried - I'm so relieved to have found Tidy. New features are released all the time - I feel like they 'get' my pain points and are making them less painful. #### Cons Tidy has been in business for a long time, but this particular product (for rental properties) is a pretty new product for them, from what I understand.
