We currently use the work order, lease and visitor modules and have had favorable feedback from our internal customers and our vendors. Great information that is easy to compile and use Customer service is quick to respond and they help with whatever they can Easy for us to get the information we need for multiple office locations They let us know when there may be redundancies and offer to help fix them

Sometimes I don't know what report I need, so it takes me a few clicks to find it. That's rare and is the only complaint I could think of.
