In the case of mistake during performing the test, the manual explanation was required to enter.

Some functions, e.g. specific document search can be tricky for new users. It needs guidance from an experienced user.

The software is a relatively new offering compared to the other competitors, that being said, I wouldn't consider this to be a major disadvantage.

It is great to manage all quality processes with a single platform and makes managing and tracking critical items so much easier.

Ease of installation, validation and use. Support staff are quick to respond to any requests.

I appreciated that easy-to-use interface and the ability to quickly find information I was looking for.

Although this is a pro from a quality assurance standpoint, it was hard when accidents occurred since separate documentation would need to be created to correct the mistake.

It is a good platform to use for its user friendly approach and all-in-one type of environment.
