  • Pros

  • This provides an excellent user experience for our users at our Company. The best feature of ACE is the seamless integration of document control and the quality management system.
  • An economic option and great for small companies that are implementing an eQMS for the first time. Great for companies that are just looking for an eDMS.
  • Overall, a really great tool for small companies or those who just want a secure, easily searchable system for storing their electronic documents.
  • Cons

  • Drop down menu only shows document ID. Sometimes it is not possible to remember the title of the document which is associated with the document ID.
  • Although this is a pro from a quality assurance standpoint, it was hard when accidents occurred since separate documentation would need to be created to correct the mistake.
  • The software is a relatively new offering compared to the other competitors, that being said, I wouldn't consider this to be a major disadvantage.

  • It's been a good experience. Alice, the Support Team member that we had assisting us with implementation has been awesome.
  • I have been impressed with these applications, they are intelligently designed and have enabled me to make significant improvements to my quality processes from day one.
  • Overall experience with Intellect is great. Everyone at Intellect is very helpful and great to work with.
  • Cons

  • The documentation package is not compliant, execution and the documentation effort was poor. URS, FRS, Guides are not even accurate, much less complete.
  • Difficult to do during normal business hours on slower networks.
  • I have very limited use of the product. We have yet to launch things here and i am scheduled to attend a training session at the end of august on the product.
