Pros/Cons
Pros
- This provides an excellent user experience for our users at our Company. The best feature of ACE is the seamless integration of document control and the quality management system.
- An economic option and great for small companies that are implementing an eQMS for the first time. Great for companies that are just looking for an eDMS.
- Overall, a really great tool for small companies or those who just want a secure, easily searchable system for storing their electronic documents.
Cons
- Drop down menu only shows document ID. Sometimes it is not possible to remember the title of the document which is associated with the document ID.
- Although this is a pro from a quality assurance standpoint, it was hard when accidents occurred since separate documentation would need to be created to correct the mistake.
- The software is a relatively new offering compared to the other competitors, that being said, I wouldn't consider this to be a major disadvantage.
Pros
- It provides the basics for the management of the quality for a small scale company at a good price. The pricing options are very good and adjustable.
- This really helps helps with implementation, and ease of use. I appreciate the stops built into the system to ensure important aspects are included in these records.
- From demo to deployment, the team at QT9 has supported me with each step of the process. Ongoing training and support has made the rapid deployment seamless and successful.
Cons
- Absolutely no customization to tailor to your organization. No email reminders if you have overdue actions pending, you’ll have to look at the database daily.
- The common complaint is that people don't look at them (deleting) because a notification appears every day.
- There is no option to personalize the emails notofications. You really get flooded by emails.
