Adlib is easy to use and configure and the support folks are great at helping solve any issues that might pop up along the way.
CONSThe SharePoint connector could be more robust and intuitive for the users to interact with.

Adlid helps you standardize accross multiple technologies
Highly recommendable, even if you need only some features and not all of them, make sure you train an administrator and that you keep track of the amount of usage.
PROSIt could be used across different technologies, it is easy to validate how it is working reliable, and versatile.
CONSIt does need an expert, if you are tightly reliable on it, in case you have an incident or problem

Adlib Elevate - tons of customization to cater for your business needs
Workflow customization: you can create scripts to make your own business workflow.
CONSConsistency: in our production environment, sometimes, the engine process just stopped and couldn't restart gracefully unless server restarted.
