But it was ridiculous to have to pay a monthly fee for a service I only need to use 2 months out of the year or very occasionally. Just didn't make financial sense in the end.

The other good feature is you can send the document to your client with a signature. In additon customer service are giving very good service ,they are really willing to help you.

Easy to implement with so much customization. Workflow is superb with granting access and permissions based on the role.

Also, the admin UI has - until recently - been quite poor.

The modules that are set up work great, it is nice for a blog. I am not a coder, and you don't have to be with drupal.

Drupal can be daunting or simply to complicated to use for untrained staff, and for a developer it's tricky to lock down so they're forced into a set pathway, without losing that versatility.

The good news is that Drupal is, for the most part, a straight-forward, user-friendly platform. In my time building out content, I've found it to be pretty intuitive and easy to understand.

Drupal open source CMS was able to do this implementation at low cost using developers who had the experience in using CMS like Drupal.

Sometimes integration with third party can be problematic.

Super customizable, love the features available, love the development community overall, and I really enjoy the updates in Drupal 8.

I dislike how difficult it is to get things to work, and also how user unfriendly it is.

The design layout is fixed and no place where you can modify them, as a user ofcourse.
