The easiness to create documents through a simple questionnaire, coupled with an interface where you can store all your most important legal documents has made me avoid a lot of back and forth between 2rd parties and also with my colleagues. The most essential features you need to manage your contracts are centralised in Approovd + I don't need to worry about Swiss regulation as each document is compliant!
