Easy and powerful tool

NO more paper in my office and I can access anywhere to my docs. I can even scan from my MFP printers to be faster adding and editing my docs

Pros

A very simple user interface but a powerful search engine. You can customize all the fields and create new libraries in a minute

Cons

No workflow design. Just assignment to a user to let him open a record
