Pros
- The scenario builder concept is brilliant and much of the user interfaces were accessible and not terribly daunting despite how feature-rich the software is.
- Dashboards are visually effective for me. I like how Bloomreach is innovative and following, maybe even setting trends we can explore and take advantage of. Bloomreach listens to our feedback.
Cons
- We are currently using Hippo 10 and we have a constant problem with the CMS freezing. In addition, this version of the program seems pretty limited in terms of templates.
- Clients have problem to identify which department's budget to use for analytics services.
Pros
- Dropbox is pretty good about storage and pricing for that storage. Pretty easy to share files to co-workers and give share permissions.
- This product is easy to setup and use which make sit great as far as training goes. It can be used as a cloud data repository, shared and has great logging as to who did what and when.
Cons
- Constantly changing UX - sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. Suffers from a bit of UX identity crisis.
- I was a team of one in the beginning and i still had to pay a ridiculous $75/month just to use it for myself.
