Pros/Cons
Pros
- Really great tool that makes life at the office better. It has a fun interface that is intuitive and works.
- The Box interface is awesome, and i like the simplicity and good speed the software has in order to send files from any device to the box.
- I love Box's reliable and easy to use file sharing service. Box's secure software allows you to share important files with people inside and outside your company.
Cons
- The main disadvantage of this solution is related with the file sharing. It is a bit restricted and provokes some problems when downloading if the files are big (in the order of tens of GB).
- I have a problem that when i upload sometimes it stops and doesn’t go on, so i have to cancel and upload again.
- There is something very weird when I access Box with multiple devices, that it fails to automatically sync between them. It has caused a great deal of trouble for me.
Pros
- User friendliness is also a good thing for this application, it is very easy to use because of it's interface.
- I like that it is user friendly, generally very reliable and has needed applications in one page.
- The best feature for employees like me is high performance for those who work remotely.
Cons
- The new double verification is a pain and very frustrating when we have to do that every time we use it.
- When there is zero connections, the connection center disappears while it is open for no reason. The menus and letters are blurry.
- Having to tell a client that Citrix's own support team cannot fix their issues when they call every morning havi9ng issues logging in is frustrating and makes us look bad.
