Box is great for team collaboration, BoxSync makes it even better, and accessible from any computer. With Box you can seamlessly store and retrieve files from around your company.

Box can crash randomly and can be a bit confusing to use for first time users.

I have a problem that when i upload sometimes it stops and doesn’t go on, so i have to cancel and upload again.

There is something very weird when I access Box with multiple devices, that it fails to automatically sync between them. It has caused a great deal of trouble for me.

The benefits have been outstanding. The cost verses the value is incredible, it has great security, and it has great ease of use.

The main disadvantage of this solution is related with the file sharing. It is a bit restricted and provokes some problems when downloading if the files are big (in the order of tens of GB).

The only downside I can see was there wasn't a mobile app but they have listened to our feedback and added this within the past few months.

I remain awestruck as it took an excellent grasp of complex circumstances to accomplish the generation of a high-value report - one that saves time and effort across multiple departments.
