Pros/Cons
Pros
- A great place to keep all your files, good for collaboration between multiple employees, recommend using the box sync app to quickly move files around with ease.
- I love Box's reliable and easy to use file sharing service. Box's secure software allows you to share important files with people inside and outside your company.
- The benefits have been outstanding. The cost verses the value is incredible, it has great security, and it has great ease of use.
Cons
- The main disadvantage of this solution is related with the file sharing. It is a bit restricted and provokes some problems when downloading if the files are big (in the order of tens of GB).
- I have a problem that when i upload sometimes it stops and doesn’t go on, so i have to cancel and upload again.
- There is something very weird when I access Box with multiple devices, that it fails to automatically sync between them. It has caused a great deal of trouble for me.
Pros
- I love how easy the software is to use. I love that you can choose the time and day that certain items are displayed.
- The ability to manage all locations in one brand with a single point of entry it superb.
- The software is intuitive and reliable. The images clean and the access to sources strong.
Cons
- Quite disappointing when you are relying on LIVE streaming for your customers and the system goes down and there is no support available on the weekends.
- Restaurant are limited capacity, People are not sitting in waiting rooms. Right now I'm paying the fee for the unit and it's sitting in my house, very hard to place it in a location to create income.
- Needs to be more intuitive - need to be aware that many users may only use infrequently - say once a month or less - and it is hard to recall how to use.
