Clinked for the win!

I definitely recommend Clinked as a client portal and communication platform.

PROS

Love that I have consolidated multiple tools into one dynamic platform for client confidence, communication, and security.

CONS

I was hoping to have an email aggregate integrated into the platform, but they are designed to replace emails as critical communication. This platform becomes your all-in-one communication hub, so emails will slowly hold less importance.

Reasons for switching to Clinked

We went to Clickup as our project management and bookkeeping activity manager and needed a portal to match up to it. Clicked allows for a white-label version to unify the portal with our brand.

Best Client portal for professionals

feel safe to upload client documents, clients find it easy to use and it has helped in streamling the documents flow between us.

I liked that it is whitelabled , and clients see my branding, this builds their cofidence and it is easier to get them to use it , it is secure in terms of data storage and access , we can control permissions at a granular level and this satisfies the legal requirement si Australia, it has unlimited groups with individual branding, kanban boards, project management and host of other features, best of all support is topnotch

Easy of implimentation and integration. Customer support is fantastic. This alone is what made me write this revew. Other apps have you trolling through pages and pages of help yourself articles. Clinked support roll their sleeves up and get in there to work through any issue 10/10

CONS

That I spent countless hours on other SAS applications, wasting my time and stress, when they had a product that meets 90% of my needs.

Very pleased with the efficiency to handle temporary or transient data, flowing in both directions

ServiceTec has been using Clinked since 2016, as a virtual server between the group and its external stakeholders.

PROS

We've been very pleased with the efficiency that this offers us for handling temporary or transient data, flowing in both directions. It really helps both us and our stakeholders to have confidence with identifying the data shared, eliminating the problems of version control and being lost in a maze of folders. When the data has completed its lifecycle, we delete the data from Clinked quickly and permanently. We like the protection that Clinked provides for our data, in particular that we no longer need to use email as a method of sharing data. Email has many major issues, not least the risk of personal data inside documents being slurped by an unknown number of third party email archives and eavesdropping mailbox bots. Clinked helps us to reduce the overall number of files that we would have otherwise retained to disambiguate version control. Where we occasionally need to use email, we simply paste Clinked's web link to the folder or document, so that the stakeholder can log in and see it instantly: the document itself safely remains out of the email system. Clinked's technical support has been consistently responsive over the years, with only a tiny number of issues ever having been raised and quickly solved. Clinked has also offered a "suggestion box" service for future development work.

CONS

Not much to say about cons. We like simple software for simple needs.

Surprisingly useful

I have been using Clinked for my university courses. My fellow lecturers and I are extremely impressed with its performance. I highly recommend Clinked to fellow educators looking to enhance their teaching and student engagement.

PROS

I had my doubts when the faculty decided to use Clinked but it made my work environment a lot easier considering it’s really easy to use for storing and sharing files. I love how all the grading processes are easier and my classes are more organised thanks to Clinked.

CONS

I don’t have a major issue with Clinked but I think it would be better if we could use all the features on the mobile app as well.

Reliable Product

It's been so useful so far. It's a nice, secure and stress free platform to use with your clients (students in my case) and the colleagues.

PROS

Security is crucial for us and Clinked delivered it successfully. I'm not the best when it comes to technology but the setup process wasn't that hard to figure out. It's easy to reach the support team, anyway. They were so helpful considering not all the users are a big tech savvy.

CONS

Pricing could be better but after experiencing all the features, I would say it is justified.

Clinked has great tools for communication and projects

PROS

We use it mostly to communicate the suppliers and the clients. It has amazing tools for instant messaging and progress tracking. Before Clinked, we had to use more than one tool and our info were scattered through different platforms. This was also a security risk. Now it's more secure to keep everything on our portal as Clinked provides a secure platform with an excellent support.

I can't think of anything I don't like. Support has been amazing with all our cases.

Excellent platform for collaborating with multiple clients!

Clinked is assisting me in resolving issues with collaboration that may occur when email is the primary means of communication. I can manage all of my tasks management, calendaring, group chat, file sharing, and discussions in one safe location with Clinked. When you need to swiftly obtain information and share it with clients to facilitate further collaboration, this is fantastic.

PROS

Clinked is an essential tool for those who, like me, dislike managing client documents and tasks in their email inboxes. It allows you to store all of your files in one convenient location. Once you log in on the Clinked web platform collaboration tools like file sharing, group chat, task management, discussions, calendars, and more are at your disposal. When you need to maintain organization with clients, all of these features come in handy. A customer you onboard will have a private, secure workspace that will facilitate communication and provide them with a clearer understanding of the tasks at hand. I love that Clinked offers a ton of webinars to help you make the most of the platform, and their support staff is also very kind.

CONS

When you switch the dashboard to a different language, there is some space for improvement with the translations. This enhancement will significantly improve the portal's native feel for clients who do not operate primarily in English. The platform is pretty spot-on with the remaining features, so there isn't much to complain about aside from that.

The best value for money for a VDR

It was easy to set up and I love the fact that is truly whitelabel. Our clients think that this is a proprietary software which makes you look like a larger organization.

PROS

Virtual Data Rooms are expensive. Since they are usually used for large transactions, these types of software cost a lot of money. Clinked on the other hand, is affordable and has all the functionality you may need for a VDR. The permissions are really easy to use. When showing one company's documents to someone, you have to make sure that they will not download these documents, and clinked makes this very easy. Also, you have an "audit trail," which lets you know exactly what each user saw and for how long. This gives you a great insight into what the counterpart considers important. The cherry on top is that it is fully whitelabel, your clients will only see your brand everywhere, it adds an extra layer of formality.

CONS

Like with all things, there's room for improvement. More integrations would be nice (although it has zapier).

Love it!

We had been managing our client communications via email and a series of forwards and bcc's. We had been managing our drafts via links to the cloud. Now, all of that is in a streamlined and unambiguous format. No more checking in with a team member to make sure we're talking about the same draft, and no more messy email threads with information we might only need to know.

PROS

I've been looking for a one-stop-shop solution, and I've finally found it with Clinked! Seriously, this hunt has been a long time in the making. As an attorney, I need a way to keep my discussions, thoughts, and documents organized and secure. I have not been able to find a solution as clean as this one. All the other solutions fall short by either failing to hit a specific need or having sloppy execution. The white-label feature is a great add; clients experience the portal as an extension of our brand, which removes some of the hesitancy when you tell anyone to add a new tool. I also love the notification digest feature. We get pretty busy, and I need to be updated on what's going on in my firm, but I'd drown if I get every notification immediately. There's another tool in the Clinked feature set that I've been itching to use but haven't had the time to play with: document annotations. Clinked loads a preview of the documents you upload to the portal, and their preview feature offers ways to notate the record and dynamically update what is served to others with access to the record. I keep thinking I'm done talking about Clinked as I write this review, then I think of another feature that excites me, so I'll leave this one final feature I can't get enough of — the linking. Clinked offers ways to have discussions, schedule tasks, calendar events, upload docs, and share notes. Each of these features permits links, and when you go to enter links, it gives you an organized li

CONS

The bad stuff about Clinked isn't a deal-breaker by any means, but there is some room for improvement. The help videos feel more like marketing videos, and sometimes you need to intuit your solution because there are gaps in the help docs. The gaps aren't significant. They are primarily things like how to combine certain features to get the desired outcome. The only other thing that I wish was different was the UI. Everything is organized well but looks dated, kind of like an internal company server. I don't think the fix needs to be too complicated; sure, they could redesign it themselves, but I'd settle for the ability to add our own CSS. All-in-all, the good far outweighs the bad, but hopefully, this comment serves as food for thought for Clinked.

Seamless Client Portal

My experience with Clincked is so far rewarding. Because I am a solo consultant and manage multiple clients, this tool became invaluable to keep me organized and deliver a professional experience for my clients.

Working with my clients using Clincked makes It easy to keep things organized. I use It to store files and documents, and also to discuss topics and review content.

CONS

I still not using Clincked project management features, mostly because I am used to a more visual approach, and I like to use Trello cards instead.

Client Portal branded for your Business

Overall, Clinked is a very promising software for Branded / White Labelled Client Portals. It has a very enterprise look and feel. It has a mobile app which you can request for white label as well, but for a more hefty one time pricing. The features are very spot on for a client portal which is sharing of information, files, and communication with your clients all in one place. Gone were the days that people rely on emails, communicators, all communications can now be done through a single portal and our business looks more professional and organized.

PROS

What I liked the most about the software is that the interface is very clean, very organized, and very user friendly. We were able to rebrand the entire customer portal in just a few minutes with our own logo, custom domain name, favicon, and headers for each group / client. Just love how I can embed Google docs into the portal, embed media from external websites like Youtube, Vimeo, Fleeq, Brandquiz, etc. We even have access via their mobile app! Our existing and new clients love it so much!

CONS

What we liked the least about Clinked is that there are no integrations to other software that we currently use. The only integration is Adobe Sign which we don't have. Further, the storage limitations for the plan we bought is very limiting, so a lot of the users are suggesting integrations with Google Drive, Onedrive, etc. The member limitations is also a setback as we need to constantly check for available licenses given the limit on the licenses.

A great Internal Portal for the team to share

We have had documents everywhere, in boxes, on desks, and in cloud storage, and you can never find them when you need them. in our world of regulation, having the information in an organized way is so important, and makes us more efficient

The ability to build a framework for documents and reference material to be shared across the team, in an organised fashion, easy to find and with the ability to secure the data to the right users.

Nothing really, it's been so good. Just the App design, but nothing that gets in the way of the way we use the software on desktop

Clinked Provides Reliability and Ease for Coaches and Clients

It is something I can use daily, modify easily, adapt to each Client. Easy access promotes the frequency of use for clients. In particular, I also appreciate the ease of use of the app for IOS and Android.

PROS

Clinked is a versatile and secure online portal solution that is highly beneficial for coaches. It offers a customizable and branded platform with a suite of over 50 productivity features, which can be tailored to meet the specific needs of coaching professionals. It is easy to use, easy to integrate with apps I already use with clients, easy to implement with step by step tutorials and excellent customer support.

CONS

I have no complaints. This has to be one of the easiest platforms I've ever set up and had the ability to begin using within a few hours. It simply makes sense.

Great portal for business use. All your information is logged for easy reference . Good features for downloading files and easy for clients to log on and review. Several people can join in which is great for the client. You have everything from files to discussions in one easy accessible place. Been using everyday now for about a year. Would highly recommend

Easy to use. Great for clients to interact. All information in one place. Good options for and easy to use file downloads which clients can comment on. Great to use for reference later as everything relating to each job is in one place. A good modern communication solution.

CONS

Picture download box a little small even when enlarged. NO SPELL CHECK which is very frustrating and time consuming especially for clients - can be very off putting.

'I've used lots of file sharing and office management platforms, but have never seen as good as the Clinked is. I am very pleased to integrate Clinked and its Project Management capability is comparable. Via the same platform today, I can expect to render excellent communication and a fast response with my team, which is mandatory for any business. Highest quality services that are enough to run entire business activities smoothly! I can only say that Clinked is an honest and decent platform which always supports us in boosting our professional identity along with higher customer retention. Great Software!!

So far its awesome and my clients love it. I hope it continues to get better and that I continue to expand with it in the near future!

PROS

What a fantastic software to help me run my multiple businesses. It's a secure client portal that helps me stay organized with my clients, which are numerous. It also helps that I'm a freelancer, doing MANY different things for many different people, but it's all easily trackable and easy to separate, so no confusion here. So far, this tool is making my life WAY easier!

CONS

So far nothing much to complain about - maybe that the price increases a little heftily for more storage and people, but we will see how it goes forward. It's possible I will be able to manage it better than I think.

Reason for choosing Clinked

Clinked was just there and I didn't even realize how much I needed it, so no other tools. I'll be sticking with Clinked!

Good client comunication

PROS

A good base and great communication tool. Everything is logged. Makes dealing with clients a good experience for all party's. Good upload tools for downloading pics. Generally good client feedback up to date. I use this site on a daily basis and would highly recommend

CONS

There is no spell check facility which can be off putting for clients. This is something I would like to see added. The site does sometimes seem a little slow downloading pages and content

Great portal for my design business

I was unsuccessfully (things would fall through the cracks) using all types of channels to manage projects and project assets - DropBox, Drive, Messenger, email, Trello, etc. Now Clinked allows me to manage the projects from a single location. And the white labeling makes me look a lot more professional than I probably am.

PROS

Clinked allows me to communicate with my customers on each of their projects with all the assets, comments and more right from within the portal. I'm not clicking into all the third party websites like DropBox, Drive, Messenger, email and more to keep a project on track. About the only project related tool, I use outside of Clinked is my billing software.

CONS

I do wish the interface was a little better looking and had more features for customization and white labeling.

I love using Clinked client portal to work on projects with my small team.

Clinked is great for remote working. It’s fast and secure for me to share documents with my clients in America and Australia, the features like Discussions and Instant Messenger allows my team to communicate our ideas from within one cloud environment, and the Events calendar is perfect for keeping everyone informed of upcoming events/deadlines! Bonus points for the white label branding and mobile app, too.

Great and versatile platform

The Clinked team is very helpful and are professional in all of their interactions. We have enjoyed our use of the Clinked platform for our business and will continue to recommend the company.

PROS

Clinked allows you to share files and create content easily within a team. They are also able to create a private cloud which can be used for many different purposes tailored to your business.

CONS

Our private cloud is highly functional, yet is difficult to customise from our (customer) end. I would appreciate increased flexibility and customisation from within the platform.
