A Great App with Great Support at a Great Price

It is a user friendly tool that has made communication within the department of the institution easy.

PROS

Connecteam is a sofware that is being used departmentally in the institution.It makes it possible for members of each department to internally communicate. It has different options in which employees can use to be kept up to date and feel connected. One of the thing that excites me the most is the great customer support that is always reachable. The software is also easy to use and come at a market friendly price.

CONS

Hardly can i mention any dislike. It is a great product and i love it.

Great for team communication

PROS

Connecteam is one of the best apps for team communication especially when working remotely. Its interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. It helps in productivity and organizing my work, and track tasks more efficiently. I can recommend it to anyone.

CONS

The app using too much RAM for desktops which I don't like but otherwise I like the software.

Wouldn't live without Connecteam

Excellent, couldn't live without connecteam now

PROS

Connecteam is perfect for small or large companies to help run everything within your company.Works brilliant for us at B&F Construction Ltd running multiple employees and booking their jobs in for them to see on their mobile PDA's They can except jobs on the connecteam app and can see all documents needed to work with us.

CONS

Least, only one thing i have found a problem is not seeing employees absences on the monthly planner, because of this the admin make mistakes and book people in when they should be off.

Need to focus on PTO option

I keep all my emails. I have been told the same spill every time I ask for 2 years straight like its a scripted answer. Just quit with excuses and get the PTO option

price I guess if I have to choose . but not a lot. same story different day

NO PTO option . I have begged for this to be implemented and keep getting told they are working on it. initially I was told they had it

I didnt research enough But I wea lied to about PTO time

Reasons for switching to Connecteam

Tsheets was messing up the geo fence and clocking people out hourly

Thanks for your feedback. While we have a planned roadmap for new releases, in most cases there are unexpected things that happen that need a higher prioritization, and the company needs to make decisions that may affect the ETA of certain features, which may also make some people unhappy. We understand that. We have no intention of promising customers things that will not happen. It has no value for us as a company and no value for our customers. But it doesn't change the fact that you feel like you were misled, and we apologize for that. The PTO option is a big one and has been in the works for the past few months. We already had a live webinar about this feature and we've demonstrated it to customers and gathered feedback. In the next 10-14 days a BETA version is scheduled to be released to some customers that wanted to try the PTO first.
