Overall, very happy with my experience with Crove.app!

I love this software because it makes my business life so much easier! Crove.app makes it possible for me to automate complicated business documents with just a few clicks. It also saves me so much time because I can create templates that are always up to date with my latest changes. With the help of this tool, I have more time to focus on my business and less time on paperwork.

I don't have much that I dislike so far, but as this tool polishes, I'm sure it will catch up to PandaDoc or DocuSign.

As an early adopter, when I first started using Crove (an older version) the UI used to be a little rough, with bugs here and there. Their prompt support, and frequent updates was what kept me on the platform.However, I'm so glad that I stayed!For what Crove accomplishes and streamlines for our team and clients, and for how far they've come, this is one of those "I'm so glad I didn't sell my Google stock in 2010" situations. :) I'm proud to use it at this point, and are confident when recommending it to your clients.

Custom regex functions, being able to minutely change the size and in-between spacing for text-block variables, conditional words and paragraphs, and much more.Forms are amazing. I haven't used anything else that beats the field customization you can do, independently of the document template itself, which is outstanding. Not much for branding control (colors, logo, etc.), but whitelabel is coming soon on their roadmap. This will be nice, but Crove has come such a long way with its UI and overall branding, that I don't mind people knowing we use it. It's polished. This is one of those apps that make your company and team look better, and positively influence client's perception and experience, for using it.Support is responsive, prompt, friendly.If you don't want to get complicated, it's easy to use their software as a beginner.Embeds work flawlessly, and are wonderfully-responsive to device sizes. You can whip up your own iFrame if you choose to, and it still embeds beautifully within that.The access variables and options are clear and easy to control.Probably a lot more I could add, but these are my main points.

Everything that I had issues with in their past V1 (I was an early adopter/user), has been fixed in their current V2, so I can't think of anything.That's rare! I just really like it.I guess my only con is waiting for new features on their roadmap to be released. And, that's not because they haven't been fast and timely with new features, updates, and fixes, but only due to my impatience. We use and/or test hundreds of SaaS and software each year, and Crove stands out as one that has shipped the most updates and new features, overall.

Although the concept is great and it shows a lot of potential, the current condition of the software is half useable. It was frustrating to use and edit. So I believe it's the speed of improvement and development will be the major factor.

I have been looking for a long time for a better alternative to Webmerge-Formstack and really really glad I found Crove as it is super efficient, convenient to use, and provides even more options, with conditions logic etc. * Here are my use cases : - sending letter automatically by email from any form submission, with signature - sending personalised ebook with my client name and details - sending the pdf summary of a coaching session with the answers filled in by my client during the coaching session in the pdf as well as their name details. - sending personalised results of personality test by choosing the pdf corresponding to the personality type and fill it in with name and details of the client. - many others. I am already using it for simple and more complex processes and the support has been really helpful and responsive, an amazing tool, really! Finally I can implement more! :) Thanks!

Very convenient, essentiel for any business. It integrates with Integrately, Zapier, Pabbly, KonnectzIT, + Webhooks and API, so you can take input from any form (I use Paperform or Landbot with integration with Integrately) but any others will do, Crove also includes an internal form to have a all-in-one process if you prefer, and you can pretty much do everything related to PDF personalisation and automation.

There is one feature I needed as I run personality test and need to use severla pdf in one process so more complex, but the support has been great in helping me find a solution on how to implement mu use case and also updated their roadmap. Great support!

I needed to be able to create templates, share the links, and have my reps, clients, and prospects fill them out, with pdf documents generated when complete. I've been researching between several document solutions for about a week. I stumbled over Crove and was surprised that I had not heard of it so I created a test account and started playing around with it. Crove seems very plain and simple when you first login. At first I had the impression that it did not have the features that I required but I was wrong. Behind that simple UI, Crove is robust with features and logical based behaviors. The workflow between creating documents and forms is seamless. The features set is very robust, and the shareable forms are beautiful and modern looking. It has just an overall great experience. I knocked out 5 document templates in about an hour, with some other similar tools it was excruciating trying to match the fields and get it looking professional. With Crove, it only took minutes. Super fast and responsive support. The future development plan looks good, with Webhooks, Pabbly, Integromat, and Integrately support currently in the works.

Crove is a young product and but it currently has a feature set that leaves little to be desired for our company's use cases. I would like to see a few more document design options and a more options for document templates.

Overall, I'm happy with my use of Crove. If you're familiar with similar tools, the learning curve might not be as steep for you, but for me I found it sometimes difficult and too full of technical jargon. The help section was really useful in better understanding how to use the core features, but more video examples and a little more content would be super helpful to noobs like me.

My absolute favourite thing about Crove is that I can make forms fillable through a form. Instead of having editable text boxes throughout a PDF, for example, where you have to click through each section and hope that you don't miss anything, Crove has a form builder where you can simply answer each question one by one and it'll pre-fill the document. That's going to drive efficiency massively. I haven't tested the integration with Zapier, but I imagine if there's a feed in and out of this data, that you could pre-fill / export the data to drive even more efficiency elsewhere. Would be nice for more integrations than Zapier only (custom webhooks and API is available, though, if you're tech savvy enough to figure that out on your own).

There was a bit of a learning curve (I had to go through the help section to figure out some of the features), and it seems geared toward people who are already familiar with coding. It was also sometimes difficult to navigate between features; I couldn't figure out how to get out of the variables editor on the right to go back to the list of vairables. I wish I could edit the original Word document from inside the editor as well; instead, I'm left only able to insert my own new features. For instance, I uploaded a form that already had boxes in it to be filled - Crove allows me to insert text within its own boxes, but the sizing was different and it was too much of a manual process to try and get the box sizes to align. I wish I could just highlight pre-existing boxes and make that the editable field or something. I also found when I accidentally inserted a table that I had no idea how to delete the table.

I am just very excited that I have found the document tool that works with Thai language correctly. And it is very easy to integrate.

I have tested many new document tools in the past year. Some of them have very good features that I love. However, what all of them did not make that cut was me was the ability to use with Thai characters correctly once printed in PDF. Many of them looked correct on the platform, but when I printed the documents out to PDF, either it was unreadable at all or at best usable but the some of the more complex vowels/chars would not display correctly. At first I did not expect much from Crove. But once I tried it, I really love the ease of use. The UI/UX is so easy to get started right away. The complex workflows can be made use of quickly and easily. Everything works great and the integrations with webhook make the possibilities endless. Anyway, what I am really excited is that it works flawlessly with my language. So it gets included in our workflow immediately.

There are still some minor bugs such as the display of the variables not showing the entire info for some fields. However, these are not fatal. I think they can be fixed easily later.

My clients are able to sign the contracts and agreements online securely and I no longer need to see them in person at my office unless they wanted to.

After going through the video guides on how to create documents, I feel it is not difficult to create simple documents for users to sign for novices like me.It will be more challenging when creating documents that require using Excel formulas. This is where you need to use advance expressions function to create the code for it.As I am unfamiliar with javascript, their support team helped and guide me on how to achieve my desired outcome for my document after analyzing my Excel form.

When creating templates, the system may be laggy, and the alphabet will appear a bit too slow.I understand that the team has looked into it and a new version of the software is on the way.

I am so happy that I found this app. After using it for a few days, I can see that I really need this app. I am currently building a Shopify-like site and planning to integrate this in my system soon. This will Fastrack my development on the invoicing side. This app is also very useful when I start accepting merchants by sending them contracts and all automated! The app can also be integrated with your current ecom store. For all new orders, you can easily print shipping labels, invoices and even customize thank you cards! And the best part is that they already have zapier and webhooks, which are very powerful which lead to unlimited possibilities. I already came up with lots of ideas on how to integrate this in my systems Goodluck to the team and so excited to the future of this app.

I just notice that when I tried to navigate to another page, it has no warning if my work has not been saved yet. An autosave feature would be great. But overall, this app is really great. Kudos to the team!

All in all, I wouldn't want to do without Crove, as it helps me work with documents every day. The customer service is always there to help if you get stuck, thanks to the live chat.

Crove has changed my entire work process by automating my workflow. I'm now able to generate documents for contracts between me and my clients with the help of Crove. It helps me generate documents that are filled with my client's data. I have a webhook that pulls the data from my website and inserts it onto the document. It's a relief not only for me, but for the end user, and opens up completely new ways of working with "boring" documents.

In general, I have only had good experiences with Crove so far. However, a revision of the UI would be very desirable to make it even easier and faster to find your way around. Also, the help article on inserting variables into a document only links to the home page.

Crove is an automated document generation application that simplifies my work and saves me a lot of time. I don't manually have to enter and format information into a document that I send. This makes my job much easier and more efficient. It takes the hassle out of creating documents. I particularly like that I can quickly generate a document when I need it and it's not just limited to business proposals.

What I love about Crove App is that there's plenty of templates to choose from which allows document creation smooth and easy. The UI is clean and is easy to use.

What I like the least about Crove App is the lack of templates that pertains to my industry which is Web Design and Digital Marketing. If Crove App is advertising to be a tool to create these documents easily, we need to have a variety of templates available for all sorts of industries to really make it smooth and easy process for all users using Crove to create and manage documents! While Crove is not perfect yet that will allow me to replace an established document/signature tool that I am using now for my business, I am optimistic that the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] of Crove to pro actively continue on improving Crove App to make it an all in one tool that all business owners, freelancers and agencies should have in their arsenal!

We have quotes, invoices and profiles and brochures which is manual task and I want my team to move away from drugery and focus on bringing in revenue

I love to ease with which documents can be created from scratch so we can customize and upload pur own template which was hard in Docdown. I love ease with which to share forms and export all responses in .xsl format

While sharing signature the preview does not show the document only fields, I spoke to founder and he mentioend he will change it so we have receptive founder

It's a good starting point and i think with a few changes it is super affordable. So far it can easily automate situations where for example a standard form for doctors, legal lawyers or even real estate agents and make repetitive tasks super smooth. I would try and see if it fits your needs as the variable insertion is very simple and then you can develop with the app based on your exact requirements

Easy to create documents with placeholder variables and bulk receive (and send) forms. It's pretty basic to create an effective "recipe" to create a template and using their drag and drop is immediate. As a side note, I would like to mention that they also have Webhooks and not only Zapier, hence you can use with tools like pabbly connect, integromat and integrately using this feature.

The UI could be more polished and also a better and more rich options like custom colours. A media manager would be useful to save and upload images, also there is no "border" option when inserting images, the drag and drop builder is nice but the document editor should be richer like "tiny mce" in WP. The templates are not enough and should be increased to cover more use cases.

Crove can represent a game-changer on how you handle all document exchanges. It allows you to automate a lot of processes that you currently handle manually; getting contracts signed, internal company documents, getting form data from your website... with the Zapier integration and webhooks, the possibilities for automation workflows are almost endless. I particularly tested it to automate the signing of agreements and all processes triggered once an agreement is signed, from creating to-do lists in other apps to invoice generation, welcome emails, notifications to Slack channels, and other cool automation. Sure it still has things to improve, but this can be a great contender for other tools like PandaDoc.

There are still aspects that seem a bit buggy, but nothing makes it impossible to use or makes the experience bad. Considering that it's in a very early stage, it's actually quite good and powerful. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is very receptive to feedback and has shown that he wants to keep developing and improving it, so I can only expect it to get better and better.

This is a powerful, user-friendly, highly customizable, and valuable saas to purchase/subscribe to.

Crove helps my team to ease up the pain of completing PDF forms manually especially the forms with various types of questions which take a lot of time to put in responses and make them look nice on the form. Crove enables my team and clients (non-tech background) to fill out our forms easily since we can customize most of the functions including title, placeholder, hints, answer validation. Users can also check the preview form after they complete it. Actually, I have tried a few other products with similar functions. I must admit that I like Crove's interface and its capacity the most. The interface looks amazing and very friendly. In addition, they have webhooks. Since we are trying to automate things via Pabbly. This function of crove would enable us to automate things that we will need to in the future although we do not have specific use cases for now.

At the moment, not so much cons. Although I wish there would be a possibility to create and add templates into folders.

I've been in need of of a solution to automate certain documents for my business, so I was excited to learn about Crove.app. Two of the use cases I have used Crove for are to automatically generate contracts when a new client is ready to work with me, and to generate a certificate once someone has completed my coaching program. And I can say that Crove performed perfectly with both of these functions for me. Now that I've seen the flexibility and automation that Crove offers, my mind is flooded with possibilities for things I can automate and streamline!

I love the flexibility that Crove offers, so I can easily create a new document, share it, collect responses, and view the responses and data. This functionality is useful in multiple parts of my business, so having Crove to automate all of this is already a huge time saver.

So far I don't have any big issues to report with Crove. It's been very intuitive and user-friendly, and I was able to create my first document very quickly using one of the templates.

We are a small business providing tutoring services and also responsible for hiring tutors to serve our customers. There are several documents that we have to create to better serve the needs of our customers and the tutors that work with us. Crove app has simplified the process of creating these documents for us. I was able to create an offer letter template that is currently better than what we have. I am looking forward to updating our processes to use the new templates that crove app has to offer. I am also interesed in the future templates that Crove app will make available. Kudos to the team for a product that actually simplifies our business processes.

The ability to customize existing templates to meet the needs our organization has. The initial templates have been useful and they are relatively easy to customize for our needs.

The tool could be much better with more templates.

Crove is an all-in-one solution for designing templates that automatically generate new documents. Crove also comes with a variety of helpful templates, like NDAs which you can store and send back to employees on their own time. Another great template they have is Sending proposals on the fly to any new contacts we signup.

Not much but Crove can add more integrations down the track which I guess they are doing already.

By Crove app, I use templates to create documents and store them perfectly, especially Legal document is very easy here, just input relevant information, and document ready. Signature easily integrated into the document.

By Crove App I can easily able to make Legal documents like (NDA and employer agreement etc). It has a vast template gallery with sample legal documents. I just need to put relevant information, in a few minutes I can able to get my legal document ready.

They are developing themself, still, I find it like freezing sometimes.

Easy minimalistic interface. Can manage all my documents in one place.

Needs more integrations with more tools. Ideally some automations.

We use the Legal Kit from theFutur for engaging with client work, this includes a master service agreement (MSA) and statement of work (SOW). The MSA only needs the client name and changing however the SOW needs more adjustment each time. With Crove I have created a form where I can enter their details and it generates the document using the same text but with their details and a signature field. I can email this to them saving both parties time.

This is a great document signature tool with a generous free plan (watermarked) with plenty of HR and legal templates (including an NDA!).

A date picker would be nice for dates rather than separate drop downs for day, month, year, but this is a minor gripe.

Once its set with all your templates, creating document is very easy and can be automated with help of zapier

I primarily use it to create HR documents, its quite easy to create document with help of template. In past we used to create same document on MS word( which is prone to error). I believe they are adding more document template. Webhook and Zapier makes it easier to automate the document creation

This is a must-have for any legal professional looking to automate their contract lifecycle management process.

Crove app has made it easier for us to create a number of legal documents to better serve the needs of our clients. I was able to create a variety of contract templates at ease.

If I have to choose one, I would like to see more tutorials with use cases :)
