Customer Care Support is excellent. Like everything else, the more time you can invest, the better off you will be.

Tech support has helped resolve issues in most all cases. Response is generally good via chat and resolution has been fairly quick in most cases.

Our company uses this software for many purposes and if you get adequate training it can be a great tool that makes working on projects and finding information easy and accessible in one location.

I particularly like the ability to schedule your work and availability -- this is great for work sharing with different offices/teams.

I have found it very challenging to work through self teaching tools. Unless someone has the time to teach you how to use the features it is time consuming and somewhat frustrating.

The price / quality of the product is very good, there're cheaper alternatives and also more expensive ones, this is just on the right spot between quality / price.

Too fewer credits, Some captions have numbers without any sources and it becomes very difficult to use those research ideas for our captions are not there.

There are alternative free options but the best part is the content which is generated is quality content. Also as a  solo founder with limited content writing skill , this software is really useful.

It is amazing how rapidly the genre is improving. It is infinitely easier to start with something reasonable and then improve it than it is to start from scratch.

The content generators are much better than most of the ones I've tried. The writing actually sounds like a real, thinking person wrote it not a computer.
