No instructions, no link or web URL for the client to navigate to and certainly no instructions at all. This might be one of the most poorly designed things in Doc-it.

A very good document managment product with good support team. I find there is still growth to come.

It was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Really easy to organize thoughts and workpapers.

Good Tax Database for Small to Medium Sized Firms.

Still confused in the UI why you can access an archive via the archive explorer or binder explorer, and both can be made to have the same layout.

The integration with caseware for each of printing and the ease to which PDF documents can be marked up. Works well in the field as well.

The best feature is the quick accessibility of documents.

It Suite ensure that my work day is efficient and effective when it comes to document sorting and progress.

It is very feature rich. In an attempt to modernize our office our first challenge was how to go about turning dozens of filing cabinets into a virtual, paperless environment.

Feels like they take a true vested interest in your satisfaction. You don't feel like you're dealing with a large tech company, but a family business.

The updated calculator is horrible. Also, the program has become less user-friendly after the updates.

The ability to annotate and mark-up documents with ease and allows paperless record keeping. The customer support is great when any issues result.

Updates are easy and support is always offered to help you initiate any updates.

It Suite is the ability to organize the files that I use. You can also set rules on each of your files to ensure that no one can edit or comment on what you upload.

Customer Support is stellar. Offers more  features and functionality without add-ons than the competition.

It team has proven to be very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended software.

Most exciting, the PDF Editor/viewer is included. For less then the cost of one Acrobat license, I get a very comparable PDF Editor plus so much more.

It was slow and ocassionally would lock me out of excel workbooks. Some data would get trapped if I accidentally opened a workpaper twice.

It crashes when I try to drag and drop from Outlook email. It crashes when I try to send an email with password protection and I drag and drop the protected pdf icon too quickly.

The best part of Doc It is its document organization. The archive and the editor are also excellent tools for any office.

The software is user friendly and is logically organized and the user can customize. The PDF editor is also great...easy to use and applicable to people that work in tax and accounting.

Clients tend to disregard the notifications as spam. Job Queue could be more user-friendly and offer more options.

Or opening a document and turning on bookmarks. The portal setup for a client and related instructions are utterly useless.

The integration between Scanning, OCR & archive is useful. Work in process binders helped clean up and organize document storage.

Doc-It  continually makes a better product at a better price and supports it well.

The ability to integrate with other tools and services, such as GraphQL and React, also makes it a great choice for building modern web applications.

What sets Payload apart is its flexibility. With robust API and plugins, Payload empowers developers to extend functionality and build sophisticated applications.

Payload provides a very fast, lightweight CMS solution that I can self-host for free and customize as desired.

We needed Headless CMS to replace WordPress. Easy to set up, well customizable, lovely admin panel for the content management team.

The best thing about Payload is that it is very flexible- So you can use it for any kind of Project. Everything you need comes out of the box but you can also expand it as you like.

One downside of using Payload CMS is that it does not yet support SQL databases, which means that some of my existing infrastructure is incompatible with it.

At the moment the CMS is only limited to MongoDB databases but we know the team at Payload is hard working on a Postgres adapter that will ceil the deal for us.

This makes it a great place to learn about Payload CMS and get help when you need it. Finally, I like the developer experience that Payload CMS provides.

What I like best about Payload CMS is its strong typing and ease of customization.

You can create everything in code and you do not need any kind of GUI to create a Schema. Also everything is in Typescript so it makes the developement process really easy and fast.

Sure, there is a bright future behind this fantastic technology.

Another thing I like about Payload CMS is its community involvement. The developers are very active in the community, and they are always willing to help users with questions or problems.

Payload is the ideal choice for developers seeking a headless CMS that offers simplicity, flexibility, and power.

But once you do it once or twice, it's a piece of cake. Other than that there are no negatives.

PayloadCMS is the perfect addition to the modern ecosystem of Node with full typescript support, serverless hosting, intuitive code practices and an easy to use interface.

There are a few features still missing out of the box at this moment, such as content moderation and real time collaboration however you could build these out on your own.

High focus on developer experience, minimalistic design, extremely easy customizable logic. Very dedicated and friendly support.

Overall, I highly recommend Payload CMS to any developer looking for a powerful and developer-friendly solution for managing content with TypeScript.

It feels extremely nice to share the stack we work with between the frontend and the backend.

Building out a dynamic website that a client can update themselves is a painless task with PayloadCMS, and I plan to continue building awesome projects with it.

On top of all that, it is open source and both the team behind it and the community around it are totally wholesome.

It's open source and has full typescript support. It also has an easy to use admin interface.

We've recently went on a journey to find the perfect CMS for our react/next based websites and I can with 100% confidence say that absolutely nothing compares to Payload.

In terms of the admin panel, one potential limitation of Payload is the absence of a built-in feature for adding graphs.

The Payload team and the community are amazing. My agency now uses PayloadCMS exclusively.

I haven't had a sticking point yet that caused me problems.

I think the biggest disadvantage to PayloadCMS is its young age.

Needs to be run on an express server and at the moment of writing it is limited to MongoDB which will be extended in the near future.

My experience with Payload has been excellent overall. From set up to deploying the final product was amazing.

Payload is all we can want in terms of balance between developer experience and editor experience. The backend is extremely easily extendable, the administration panel UI is clean and easy to use.

Honestly, it's hard to think of anything I dislike about PayloadCMS. For the sake of this review, I think the only downside of PayloadCMS is that it is still new and evolving its ecosystem.

Super intuitive to get started with, built on top of common Node packages such as Express, it was very easy to get started with and do advanced integrations with the platform.

It provides flexibility, custom content structuring and grouping fields.I love an easy-to-use API, SDKs, and comprehensive documentation.

If you are not a developer, or if you are not familiar with Express or MongoDB, then you might find it difficult to learn how to use Payload CMS. And their documentation is kinda messy right now).
