The Docstar software makes it easy to get my hands on any historical document related to any of our customers very quickly.

I love the integration with Epicor and the workflow approvals.

Very happy overall and would purchase it again if needed.

They keep charges in Y that would have already been paid as part of X.  Double-dipping. Their accounting team is inflexible and will refuse to work with you to resolve the problem.

Pretty easy to use and upload copies of checks and to file when done. Everything is user friendly.

There are some functionality gaps but they would apply to only the largest of companies. I've got no real complaints with the product; most of what I encountered are experiential things.

Trying to find documents for audits was a tedious, costly process and storing documents in file cabinets exposes our organization to theft and loss.

It has the ability to be highly customized and accommodate complex workflows. Does great at retaining images of documents and the search functions are usable and logical.

We also use it for our A/P and locating assets within the township. Docstar integrates with our GIS systems and makes it very easy to locate documents, permits and any assets with a click of a button.

The integration is Static. Once you run the workflow, the links are no longer live.

The program crashes often and seems to randomly lose documents all the time, and its user interface isn't the friendliest.

I found it very user friendly and easy to set up. I looked at several different programs at the time and very glad I choose DocStar.

Once you understand where everything is, navigation throughout the system is pretty straightforward. Form templates can have as much, or as little data fields as needed.

DocStar is good for those who don't work with expense reports often as it is very baseline as far as advancements go.

Batch importing thru email, hot folder, xml or csv comes free. Full MS Office integration and virtual print driver come free.

We hope to take advantage of integration with Epicor and finding documents within the sales order.

The feature that I like the most about the softwareis its ability to help us organize our documents.

Lack or ready report, lack of ready workflow, lack of full Kinetic feature in ECM that works, bugs all around related to Kinetic.

I can only view previously filed documents. All of this is making it very difficult to do my job.

Lack of documentation on how to use the software or how to customize it. Difficultly customizing the software so that users can use it.

Customer service is worthless, upgrading from the previous version to this one took twice as long as quoted, everything about this program is cumbersome and harder than it should be.

Past and present employee information is always at your fingertips. Fingertips that no longer have to deal with constant paper cuts.

Haven't found anything we don't like about this software.

Storing content digitally will give us a fast return on investment in labor and storage. Finding new uses for the solution all the time.

I have almost 20 years experience with competing content management platforms so I'm not new to it. I know what I want them to do and how I want them to do it.

We met with the top 4 or 5 vendors in addition to docSTAR and docSTAR met every one of our requirements.

System is very user friendly and able to retrieve a document in seconds rather than deal with paper files.

Very satisfied with the system and would highly recommend.

Most importantly, DocStar's customer service has been TOP NOTCH...although to be fair, we hardly ever have to call them since the solution is so stable.

Good integration capabilities provide us with lots of options to connect additoinal technology stack. Their support is close to perfect.

Hubspot is great because it has many different features under one roof for a reasonable price.

When someone subscribes through the forms then the contact should be assigned to the contact owner by default based on the contact's country of origin, this feature is missing.

Sometimes how it looks in the editor is not how it looks once the page is published, which makes it hard to figure out how to edit.

I like the ability to add all my contacts and send automated emails that follow up. It's intuitive and easy to use.

It's also (needless to say) an incredible bonus that the website integrates perfectly with HubSpot's CRM.

The greatest thing about the HubSpot CMS is that it's very straightforward and allows just about anyone to create a modern, clean-looking website with modern functionality.

Also if your permissions are restricted at least show the things that are locked for you by 'greying' them out or have them strikethrough.

The amount of Integrations that hubspot offers is great.

From time to time we often find small little bugs that don't stop us from getting our work done but do cause us a mild inconvenience.

A negative side of Hubspot is the high additional cost to add different extra features.

It has overall been a great product that is user friendly. It keeps all my contacts organized.
