The software should be made to recognize duplicate entries. It does not prevent duplicate entries which wastes time once the error is found.

Administration is very easy to use and configure.

Very stable, and easy user interface like being able to do query's for information and love the global search.

It can be hard to use and find documents as well as some features. Those who are not tech savy will struggle to use it.

There are a few processes that have had a major impact for us. We have automated our onboarding processes, this ensures that all required documents are not only received, but reviewed and approved.

I find the DocuPhase application to be clunky and shows a serious deficiency in usability.

Super easy to use and pretty easy to organize. Thumbnails give a big clear preview of the file which is  helpful as well.

Is that its easy to use with other google app. Its offer good customer service and it offer the most storage space unlike other app.

Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.

It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.

Google changed the quotas for my available data storage which required me to archive my Google Drive content or I was in danger of my Gmail and other services losing functionality.

What I like the most is the ability to share documents easy and fast across computers/users. I'm able to collaborate with ease and at a fantastic price.

Trying to copy information or keep formatting from the Drive to other software is terribly inconsistent and a pain to fix.

Google Drive is an amazing product. It is very amazing to have all of your files in the cloud and the fact that you can access all of them just by logging onto your computer is awesome.
