  • Pros

  • I love that Docusign is so easy to use. Having your authentic signature with a click of a key or initials for all your important documents at the speed of lightening is awesome.
  • Love the ease of use and ability to save documents in the DocuSign system. Simple to sign online but also convenient options to print to paper or save as a PDF.
  • My overall experience with it was amazing and I used the free trial but I love it so much and use it so much that I now buy monthly subscriptions.
  • Cons

  • They have really horrible customer service representatives who retaliate against customers that complain about poor service.
  • The problem with econtracts is that we have trouble knowing when we they are confirmed. So sometimes it was hard to confirm if it worked.
  • I don't like how difficult it is to edit the document once you sign. Once you sign it, it is done and you can't go back and edit it even if you accidentally messed up.

  • I send multiple contracts and photo agreements a week and all have come back successfully. I also like the reports to let me know which ones are still outstanding.
  • Seamless integration with Dropbox is super convenient and my clients appreciate the ability to e-sign documents on their computers or mobile devices.
  • I've used other similar software's but this one is just so simple and clear to use. The process of sending documents is super secure as well so you can have absolute peace of mind.
  • Cons

  • I seem to recall struggling with the placement of signature boxes when I first uploaded my first document, but I really can't think of anything I dislike about the software.
  • There’s no number to call, I am currently attempt to chat with a representative on their website and have been waiting for close to an hour with no response. Two tickets and no response.
  • The template feature is a bit unusual to navigate; I often resort to setting up my signatures manually because of this barrier.
