  • Pros

  • I love that Docusign is so easy to use. Having your authentic signature with a click of a key or initials for all your important documents at the speed of lightening is awesome.
  • Love the ease of use and ability to save documents in the DocuSign system. Simple to sign online but also convenient options to print to paper or save as a PDF.
  • My overall experience with it was amazing and I used the free trial but I love it so much and use it so much that I now buy monthly subscriptions.
  • Cons

  • They have really horrible customer service representatives who retaliate against customers that complain about poor service.
  • The problem with econtracts is that we have trouble knowing when we they are confirmed. So sometimes it was hard to confirm if it worked.
  • I don't like how difficult it is to edit the document once you sign. Once you sign it, it is done and you can't go back and edit it even if you accidentally messed up.

  • Pros

  • I love the notifications when the customer opens the proposal and the reports given so that you can learn what they are more interested in about our company.
  • The statistics are so helpful, knowing what grabs customers attention is such a huge help. The sales and support is excellent, I would highly recommend this tool.
  • It gives several options for walking through each step to better help you navigate. It also helps track the amount of revenue from each client before or after they accept your proposal.
  • Cons

  • This makes it difficult to put into order. There is a delay in turning the pages of the proposal when viewing.
  • We use our own IDs instead of the automatically generated ones however, every time you exit the proposal and reopen, you have to reenter the proposal ID. It's annoying but not a deal breaker.
  • Sometimes the email ends up the scam box. Not knowing if that has occurred with any particular prospect creates a sense contradictory to what the software is for.
