Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love that Docusign is so easy to use. Having your authentic signature with a click of a key or initials for all your important documents at the speed of lightening is awesome.
- Love the ease of use and ability to save documents in the DocuSign system. Simple to sign online but also convenient options to print to paper or save as a PDF.
- My overall experience with it was amazing and I used the free trial but I love it so much and use it so much that I now buy monthly subscriptions.
Cons
- They have really horrible customer service representatives who retaliate against customers that complain about poor service.
- The problem with econtracts is that we have trouble knowing when we they are confirmed. So sometimes it was hard to confirm if it worked.
- I don't like how difficult it is to edit the document once you sign. Once you sign it, it is done and you can't go back and edit it even if you accidentally messed up.
Pros
- Customer support is awesome and so responsive. Every proposal we have turned out with Proposify has looked amazing and our conversion rate has increased 20.
- It just makes everything very seamless and integrates with most of your customer relationship management programs. There are wonderful, stealthy measurement methods that we love.
- This is a really great product. As a creative agency, we love that you can truly customize the templates and they look great rendered in a PDF format.
Cons
- Instead I've inherited a new set of problems created by Proposify that is far worse.
- The worst experience was when I lost hours worth of work for a big proposal (and it didn't autosave), making for a sleepless night.
- Little issues of moving the pricing tables and images, sometimes they are embedded, sometimes not. It depends and is frustrating.
