Pros
- I love that Docusign is so easy to use. Having your authentic signature with a click of a key or initials for all your important documents at the speed of lightening is awesome.
- Love the ease of use and ability to save documents in the DocuSign system. Simple to sign online but also convenient options to print to paper or save as a PDF.
- My overall experience with it was amazing and I used the free trial but I love it so much and use it so much that I now buy monthly subscriptions.
Cons
- They have really horrible customer service representatives who retaliate against customers that complain about poor service.
- The problem with econtracts is that we have trouble knowing when we they are confirmed. So sometimes it was hard to confirm if it worked.
- I don't like how difficult it is to edit the document once you sign. Once you sign it, it is done and you can't go back and edit it even if you accidentally messed up.
Pros
- I have not used Quotewerks for very long time but so far so good. It's one of the best and reliable software for quote management.
- Quotewerks is the best option for quote management. It is one of the kind application that provides all the best tools which are easy and simple to understand.
- Its ease of use, integration capabilities, and flexibility make it a solid choice for businesses that want to save time and increase efficiency.
Cons
- Lots of areas to get lost, many sub menus. Might take some time to get up to speed if you haven't used it before.
- Thought QuoteWerks was very unstable and lacked many features that a quoting program should include.
- Dashboard notification options are very limited to just two integration programs and not for overall quoted work. No Service Operations Automation or Order management.
