Customer support has been great when I have had any type of upload or access issues. I was always able to get a return call. Working remotely was made much easier using Dropbox also when I am not in the office but work on the road or at home. It is very easy to use and well known by other companies so they are familiar with the product when it is emailed to them. But I first started using this in graduate school, and the collaborative benefits were incredible. There were 50 of us, from 15 different countries.
