EasyContent has transformed our Content Development process
Our overall experience with EasyContent has been excellent. Gone are the days of working on a blog post via email and Word docs. We're now able to collaborate in a consolidated platform with automated processes and better visibility into current status and historical documentation.
PROSEasyContent has made our team's process of idea generation, drafting, editing, review, approval, and publishing so much easier. Big Pros: - integrated sync with Wordpress - excellent design/interface - ability to extensively customize templates - responsive to feature requests
CONSThe tutorials and help section could be improved to reflect more of the recent version updates.
Reasons for switching to EasyContent
EasyContent gave us a much greater level of customization, in the content templates themselves, as well as in the workflows and permission-based roles. EasyContent's pricing is also much more competitive.
Vendor Response
Thank you Teresa, you've been a great client!

Made Our Publishing Workflow Much Easier
We’re able to pump out content much faster than before with EasyContent. If you’re like us and you’ve never used a similar platform in the past, it can take a bit getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll never look back.
PROSMuch easier to track where an article is in the publishing workflow compared to using Google Docs and Google Sheets. We used Google Docs to write the article and a separate Google Sheet to track where an article is in the publishing workflow. It can get messy. Thanks to EasyContent, we have 2 tools in 1: a place to write the content and track where it is in the workflow and more.
CONSThe asset management feature could be improved. Managing attachments can be a bit of a hassle at times.
