It's so nice having a system that is paperless and reliable no matter how long ago you scanned and filed the information will be readily available. It's been a life saver coming from someone who use to file documents in actual file cabinets. YES!!! I've been here a long time lol!!

Very user friendly and did not require much time to learn the system.

I don't have any complaints about the system.

Overall I am very satisfied with my experience using Easyfile and feel very confident that our files are safe and secure with the data being stored with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering using them.

We have been using EasyFile for years now for all of our filing storage and it has been very easy to use and train staff how to use. I also like that it is easy to integrate with some of our other systems that helps makes it easy and quick to access files in one system rather than having to have multiple systems open. I also really like the use of editing pdf files in our DocBuild that is provided through Easyfile.

There have been a few minor issues with reaching out to customer service for specific requests that we need to have done or a need to IT to get back to us and they don't always follow up in a timely fashion. The IT reps that do call back are always great to deal with and are very help so I don't know if it's due to high call volume or if the people answering the phones are not quick to forward the message or request off to the correct person
