Pricing is available from system integrator partners (emamsolutions.com/reseller) or the eMAM team. eMAM Cloud is available from the AWS Marketplace, the Alibaba Marketplace, and emamcloud.com. All-inclusive SaaS service options for archive/sharing (Preserve) and collaborative production (Create) include all expenses with monthly and annual pricing options. Software only PaaS platform options for archive/sharing (Archive) and collaborative production (Produce) are available to run on your AWS infrastructure: you only pay for eMAM software on an hourly or annual basis.

eMAM Review
We have been using eMAM for over 5 years in a production environment. We had in installed locally and seeking to take to the cloud. Excited about the new features, support and AI support in the cloud version!
PROSeMAM has a customizable easy to use interface for the end-use to interact with. A simple approach with smart design reduced user error and support calls - a key metric in adoption and utilization. The back-end is flexible allowing us to customize a solution that best met our needs. Overall it has been an important tool for us to manage our video assets.
CONSLike other software, it can get difficult to get it right. As an admin, you need to know all the features to make the appropriate configuration settings. Good news is, if you get it wrong, you can go back in and correct. Need to take time, understand power of the system to properly install it.
Reason for choosing eMAM
eMAM solution was chosen for their features, integration capability and their team's openness to customize an integration solution for us. It wasn't a one-size-fits-all or "you need to change your workflow" with them. They listened to our needs and together we developed a solution that met our requirements. This was something the other vendors were not open to or willing to do.

PROSAsset categorization, proxy creation and secured sharing with feedback options are most loved and used features in EMAM.

An Efficient Way to Manage All your Digital Assets
Depending on the nature of your data, and the need to preserve and access it, this service may be exactly what you need. To a business attempting to digitize their own media, especially tapes, be prepared to spend money on hardware and software for conversion, blank data discs or servers for storage and access, not to mention personnel time to have someone physically perform the conversion.
