- Ease of document management - Online knowledge sharing - Easy to use

We use Ennov Doc since 2003. Last Ennov 7 has improved all the functions and introduced innovations : home dashboard, new navigator, full text search, multiple windows... Ennov is a smart knowledge management tool !

All the function I need are working perfectly. They are some ergonomics and functions to improve to touch perfection.

1/ The user friendly approach, especially in the V7/V8 version. 2/ Also the fact that Entity administrator do not need to have IT knowledge. You can manage the solution if you are from RA, QA, SUPPLY or whatever.3/ The ENNOV team reactivity (support desk but also project manager) 4/ Finally the best pros for me is that all the ENNOV solutions (DOC, DOSSIER, PROCESS, RIM..) are linked and connected, allowing incredible possibilities.

Cause the entire solution is a web based solution, we can meet some trouble with software latence or connection issue . But it is now quite rare with new version.

much better than 100% on paper

As it is our first software to manage documentation, I don't have comments because it is much better than everything on paper

no possibility to check who has read which doc and what doc has been read by whom

Save time to share documents and have the doc signed by the amount of person how have to signed it.

complicate to get new documents in Ennov. Not easy to find the way and steps after a few weeks.
