Most files couldn’t be viewed or converted. It was much less capable than I hoped. #### Reasons for choosing File Viewer Plus Ease of upgrade path, cost and claims of functionality. #### Reasons for switching to File Viewer Plus This seemed like an upgraded product. It performed much worse than what it claimed to upgrade. #### Vendor response Thanks for the feedback. File Viewer Plus can open over 400 file formats, but the program does not support certain proprietary file types. In these cases, the app provides as much information as possible about the file, including header info, metadata, and a description of the file format. If you were unable to open specific files, please let us know what formats File Viewer Plus could not open, and we'll do our best to support them in a future update.
