Liked most the scanning software for scanning files fo e-filling and it can manage thousands and thousands of files. Searching for information is just a click of button and its very easy to use.

FileHold is an excellent end-to-end records management solution, suited for a range of clients from small to large. A simple deployment process and dedicated support team add to its overall appeal.

Aside from FileHold is very easy to use, what I like about this system is that it really helped our company to become paperless. We can store different files with the help of Excel and or MS word.

At the time I had to pay some attention to the demo video to be able to understand in depth.

This is an excellent electronic document management product that spans the small to medium sized user marketplace. It is modestly priced and geared to accommodate growth on the part of the user.

And it's great that it is free to use. I like to use it on my iPad as well with my apple pen because it really works like a sticky note, and you can change colors which is a bonus.

Rememeber, it is an electronic library - so whenever you change, add, delete or even delay something, your boss will know it.

I like to be able to add different Excel files, admitting the load of these quickly, has different tools for its usefulness. Good for document organization.

I am not well versed with the security system and my worry is corruption of files after shredding of hardcopies in the long run.

The most valuable advantage of OpenKM is its API.

We have solved our NYS and HIPAA regulatory requirements for governance of our documents.

There are a few features that I had trouble getting more info on. User access can be a pain to set up, especially retroactively.

We currently have roughly 200,000 PDFs in OpenKM and the only lag comes from Adobe.

Maybe the software is only in English which can be a problem for users who do not speak and do not understand English.

It's great for helping people in their personal business.

Drag and drop from file explorer is a huge plus for our non-tech savvy users. Adding a tag to each PDF for future recall is good if you don't want to OCR everything.

Page layout is a bit confusing this makes it difficult for users to access.

Great solution with all fully integrated components of DMS core, workflow, reporting, OCR, etc.

It has all the features that a company needs to  satisfy requirements for documentation management.

Very useful software for document management, many useful features for end users like me.

Very well documented, the sources are accessible and understandable, the commissioning is fast and the use is done quickly because the solution is developed in a logic and a business vision.

The interface is a bit outdated. OCR is a bit hit or miss.
