About FOLDERIT

Folderit is a cloud-based content management solution for small to midsize businesses in a variety of industries. Key features include document sharing, approval & eSign workflows, Document numbering System document change notifications, custom metadata and version control.

Folderit allows users to share documents and set viewing and editing permissions for anyone accessing them. Users can also set up approval workflows, which can be completed in a fixed order or all at once. When new versions of files are uploaded, the solution stores past versions that can be recovered later.

Folderit enables users to search the database by file name, title, content and metadata. Automatic notifications and reminders can be set up to inform users of file and folder changes and deadlines. The solution saves files in cloud storage, which includes 256-bit encryption, and all files are sent via a SSL connection. 2FA can be enabled.

Folderit is available for purchase through a monthly or yearly subscription.

This is a good document management application with a lot of useful features. It is simple to select and upload files. It is possible to create folders and subfolders to better manage your data. Files are safe, and various levels of access can be granted. It also comes with a variety of sharing possibilities.
Cons:

The management system is excellent for collating files.
Cons:
The accounting system through Paddle.com is disgraceful. I tried to update our credit card details to pay our yearly subscription and the repeated message from Paddle.com was 'Page not found'. Subsequently they cancel our account because we were not given the opportunity to update payment details. So now we cannot operate through FolderIt. It is totally unprofessional.
