Fusion Review

Great team. We stumbled across Fusion whilst looking to manage our H&S documents, it is the first web based platform that I have seen of its kind. Well done Fusion

PROS

Fusion has given myself as the owner piece of mind. I now know all my lads have what they need wherever they need it. Not having to chase paperwork or remember dates has also cut my travel around sites giving me more time to focus on different aspects of the business.

CONS

I wouldn't say it was an area which I least liked although the setting up process needed dedicated time from myself and the team initially to ensure we could make the most out of fusion and streamline communication for the future.

Excellent platform for management of data related to the maintenance and upkeep of large property portfolio, but also provides synergy benefits to enable efficient and effective day to day management of any organisation.

CDM Site Documents always at hand

Fusion make discussing the content of risk assessments at the point of work easy and up to date and allows all stakeholders to have access as required. Sending briefings and information is also a benefit, especially as face to face contact has to be managed during Covid restrictions.

PROS

The ease of access to critical risk assessments, method statements, competence records, checklists etc, saves time and confirms approval of these documents. No more dirty folders and out out date paper versions to search for. Uploading document was really easy, and automatic conversion to PDF is very handy.

CONS

Logging in on a mobile phone can sometime be difficult, especially as the password doesn't seem to get automatically 'remembered'.
