Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It's very easy to use and the customer service is great

  • This suite does more than I could ever use for my business needs and at an excellent price. Everything works seamlessly and is easy to use.

  • Cons

  • The functionality is fine and works well... but the user interface is a little bloated and some of the menus are not very intuitive.

  • Everything is good, just do not like the spelling editing part as bold whose keyboard use is not the same as using windows

  • Pros

  • I like the plateform, easy to use, reporting and mos of all the possibility to test the document. I love it.

  • Excellent support in getting it setup, love the ability to customize and write code to make it "smarter".

  • Cons

  • Integration with Dropbox would have been nicer. If I can upload my documents right from Dropbox, it will help me keep information on 1 place.

  • Without the customer service, it may be tough to figure out certain things, but with the support provided you become an expert very quickly and realise it is a very user friendly system.
