My only real complaint at the moment is that the portals are not optimized for mobile browsing.

Easy to use and to find what I need on the moment I need it.

And on that note, Portals is a great feature too for granting larger scale access to assets. Lastly, customer service is superb and engaged, and genuinely seems to care about your issues.

They're super transparency about their maintenance time too, which we really appreciate. We especially love the  folder sharing option or having a client directly upload photos to our folder.

Useful for sales to share images with people who are outside of the organization.
