You can buy more Tb of storage. It can be viewed as Google Photos in just date order, or access through the folder structure. Uploads are seamless. If you specify Google Drive as the upload then it matches the documents in the folder. If you specify upload by Google Photos it retains originals and every edit. I specify upload as Google Drive so that photos in folders match the source. #### Cons Google Photos option to upload keeps every edit meaning space is used up quicker. I've been using it for a long time to manage documents that are mostly related to personalized lesson planning for each of my students. It provides an easy way to save information I found on the internet and retrieve it later. On top of that, I would take notes from browsing some platforms/sites, put them on Google Docs, and edit them afterward in preparation for collaborations with my partners. I'm not worried about not having enough space because the storage is unbelievably massive, and I can easily get more if I want to since the prices are very reasonable and worth the purchase. One more thing that I haven't tried yet, since there was no reason to, is to contact customer support.
