"The ability to securely store everything in one place and access it from any device has reduced our dependence on local computers and helped keep our operations running smoothly even when we are on-site or traveling between units."

"The feature I appreciated most is how seamlessly everything syncs across devices. Whether you are on my laptop, phone, or tablet, my files are always exactly where I left them, updated in real time without me having to think about it and provide great customer support and value for money."

"If I had to pick a downside, it would be occasional sync delays when dealing with very large files or when field crews have spotty internet connections. While this is often more related to connectivity than Drive itself, it can sometimes cause brief confusion if files haven’t fully synced yet."

"The only con I have with Google drive is that often times files like excel for example are saved on the drive as Google sheets files and get duplicated."

"I would say the only disadvantage when compared to other popular solutions is the laborious process of backing up your files. While many now offer automatic update your work that is crucial to optimise your time, Drive still requires manual upload of any data."
