As a part of my subscription for emails, I get a huge amount of storage for the lowest cost anywhere (excellent value). Any issue I have had has been quickly resolved with their customer support options. It is the easiest system to use - far easier than other storage services. I literally store all of my documents on this system and trust it to be accessible for well over a decade. It is easy to share files with my clients and to control access to the files at the file level!
