"I particularly value the seamless integration with other Google Workspace applications, which creates a smooth workflow for communication and content creation. Although there are some limitations related to storage and advanced permission management, the platform’s reliability, ease of use, and collaboration capabilities make it one of the best cloud storage solutions available today."

"The only downside is the limited free storage. Since Google Drive shares space with Gmail and Google Photos, the storage fills up faster than expected, especially when storing lots of documents and family photos."

"If I had to pick a downside, it would be occasional sync delays when dealing with very large files or when field crews have spotty internet connections. While this is often more related to connectivity than Drive itself, it can sometimes cause brief confusion if files haven’t fully synced yet."

"The only con I have with Google drive is that often times files like excel for example are saved on the drive as Google sheets files and get duplicated."
