Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The price point is excellent and using it with the rest of Google suite (workplace) offerings is seamless. It is good on desktop or in mobile applications.
  • The east access, user friendly, easy UI, great support. It is the best way to carry all your files with you anywhere.
  • It is a very useful tool for storage for example if you want to share large files format to your customer or supplier you can share it to them easily and the Google drive is very user friendly.
  • Cons

  • Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.
  • Trying to copy information or keep formatting from the Drive to other software is terribly inconsistent and a pain to fix.
  • Google changed the quotas for my available data storage which required me to archive my Google Drive content or I was in danger of my Gmail and other services losing functionality.

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use, flexible, great store for documents and other Knowledge share files, secure, and managing a monthly calendar for the team works great.
  • Security management, asset library, and effective document management are just a few of the amazing features. It integrates well with Office 365 products.
  • I most enjoy the easy user interface on SharePoint. Collaboration tools and customizable templates make creating, organizing, sharing, and selling projects easy, stress-less, and fun.
  • Cons

  • The search feature does not work too well and we find it odd that you have to open a text file and then open it again to edit it.
  • Inability to drag and drop. At times only option is to download or upload files on to SharePoint.
  • We need to depend on Microsoft support team for troubleshooting issues by providing the correlation id of the issues. The 5000 row limit of the List is the most annoying limitation of the SharePoint.
