"Also, a couple of my employees are used to copying and pasting documents through their file explorer view, so they get annoyed sometimes when trying to make copies in a specific location or duplicating a file then having to move it because it feels more tedious to go through the drop-down menu and find a location for them."

"Customer support is the biggest gripe I've seen echoed everywhere online, and in my experience it's fair. When I had an issue with MX record configuration for a new domain early on, I spent nearly a week going in circles between contradictory help articles and an AI support bot that kept suggesting steps I'd already tried."
