ISEBOX Software

ISEBOX is a public and media relations platform that helps companies store, manage and distribute high-quality and large file-size multimedia content. It lets companies provide a single point of contact to the media or other external partners, simplifying the distribution of all varieties of digital content, including videos, documents, images and audio recordings.

ISEBOX includes advanced reporting and analytics features, many of which can be tied to its embeddable tracking function. With embeddable tracking, ISEBOX users can see exactly which content has been downloaded by whom, including details of their name, email, employer name and job title.

The system also keeps track of the shares, Likes and Tweets each piece of content receives on social media. ISEBOX is offered as a Web-based platform and is licensed on a per-company basis.

The biggest problem with video production we had at The 10 Group is getting content to the client to view. WeTransfer and YouSendIt are OK, but if the client is on the road, or needs to download special software it's a disaster in delays.

ISEBOX allows us to upload v1, v2, etc. of anything we produce and put it on one single URL. The URL is mobile friendly, works on any browser, and no downloading needed - but there if you want them to download. We can password protect it also.

Once in a while we find a format ISEBOX can't handle, but I suppose that is expected. Their support team always responds quickly and provides some type of solution.
