We can get a customised contract out to a customer in seconds rather than 30+ minutes now, are able to chat with customers and answer their questions within the contract itself, and get instantly informed via Slack when it's been signed. #### Cons There are two primary areas of improvement: - The first is the ability to track changes - we create new versions of contracts on a constant basis, so being able to redline, see what changes have been made, and store those versions in a logical way would be hugely helpful - The second related point is the version control - the filing system for contract templates is rudimentary (i.e. there is one folder for all templates) and would be improved if it was possible to add subfolders However, the benefits for us far outweigh the above as we have workarounds #### Vendor response Thank you very much for the review and it's great to hear how Juro is helping automate the contract process at Nested. It allows you to create contract templates and define rules for how the contract can be filled out. This ensures that our account managers are able to accurately complete contracts and reduces errors and back and forth with clients. #### Cons Tracking renewals is not a built-in feature as we anticpated when we signed up. Juro allows you to manually set reminder notifications based off a date. However, this is a one-time thing. So you cannot be reminded every year if that's the renewal term. It's so easy to train new team members on the software, the short question prompts make it easy for people to create a sophisticated looking contract. #### Cons Sometimes people haven't been looking out for the email from Juro so they've missed it and we've had to send a follow up email. We prepare a lot of employment contracts, and the ability to have those contracts automatically update based on certain criteria we select (essentially the logic features built into the platform) has been a huge timesaver. We partner with another company who we're trying to convince to use Juro as well because their current setup of mail-merging contracts is riddled with formatting and other errors. On an everyday basis I am working on Juro making small tweaks to contract language, requesting comments from team members via tags and sending the final versions of contracts for signature in a single application. What I like about Juro is I can clearly see which part of the process has stalled rather than having to guess who still needs to look at it. #### Cons Editing more complex contracts can sometimes be somewhat restrictive, particularly if I need to do some extremely detailed formatting of that contract. Also, I had to spend more time than I anticipated cleaning up, editing and moving all of our current templates into the new system.
