I especially like how quickly forms can be created and the flexibility offered by its API integrations. #### Cons While Kizeo is a powerful solution, there are a few limitations that could be improved. It is not currently possible to provide Kizeo Business access only to a limited group of users (for example, administrators only). Managing multilingual forms can be challenging. A single field cannot have labels in multiple languages, so the workaround is to create a language selector and use conditional visibility rules. This approach becomes difficult to maintain when forms contain many questions. A better solution would be the ability to define multiple labels for the same field and automatically display the appropriate one based on the user's selected language. It is not possible to redirect users to a different form based on a specific answer. Im not a massively techy person, yet i find it very intuative. and being able to upload multiple forms in one go saves me so much time. Nous avons opté pour KIZEO Forms dans un premier temps pour remplir des formulaires simples qui devaient être complétés sur ordinateur par nos équipes. Cela les obligeait a ouvrir l'ordinateur en rentrant après le chantier, télécharger des photos depuis le téléphone... L'avantage de l'application était de pouvoir envoyer un rapport immédiatement depuis son téléphone sur chantier, en intégrant des photos et en respectant le standard du document. Cela a permis de faire gagner énormément de temps à nos conducteurs de travaux. Devant le succès de la démarche, des formulaires plus complexes ont été développés, l'application permettant de nombreuses fonctionnalités (signature sur téléphone, export en excel, réalisation de schémas, scan, formulaires pré-remplis...) Son utilisation sur le terrain a également tout de suite été adoptée par les équipes car elle ne nécessite pas de formation et remplir un formulaire est très rapide. When we have to sign the erase button on the top right is not the best place, I keep hitting it unconsciously instead the close button, which close makes me think that it will not get saved. Not sure how to go back to items entered, does not seem obvious or existent. I wish there was an option to add bold to words when entering information (spreadsheet portion, where we can type and add photos).
