Ourboffice and university has many paper method processes and systems. Laserfiche has made it prossible for those forms that require approvals and reviews quick, efficient, and easier to process. Gone are the days of physically submittkng a form or emailing a form. I like that workflows can be created, notification can be enabled, and history of form approval can be tracked. Our office uses laserfiche to submitnrequests for events and for our workers to report what they accomplished at work. Other forms that have been created allow for file uploading. We have a form that requires submittors to attach a program and or a map of their event. #### Cons I would say that in the creation of our forms i learned that laserfiche is limted on the appearance of the form. Electronic archiving with the Laserfiche system provided by Pioneers is also more secure and protected from the risk of cyber attacks. #### Cons Laserfiche performance may be slower than expected when accessing large volumes. A missing database index affects the efficiency of volume calculations.
