Pros/Cons
Pros
- Software is easy to use and mostly seamless once it is all setup. Love that documents are automatically backed up and available on every device that I login to.
- The app for one drive is very user friendly and reliable also, super happy with my purchase. Will definitely recommend it.
- Overall this is a great product that is wonderful when it comes to space and quality for your money.
Cons
- Being that this software is supposed to provide convenience, using it was awful and quite honestly, wasted a lot of time.
- When there is a file discrepancy it can be really hard to determine the problem. It's hard to know if you are signed out.
- Sometimes OneDrive has given errors (due to syncing or momentary loss of internet) and it is quite annoying. The biggest issue is when transferring documents and you have to restart all over again.
Pros
- Cloud-based and easy to understand web interface is nice. Onboarding and implementation was good and inexpensive.
- I love that you can save a version to your desktop and it works just like a regular file folder. It is also nice to be able to access shared files on the internet wherever you are.
- Great option for businesses that are looking for a secure and reliable file sharing and collaboration platform.
Cons
- There are no items that I have wanted or needed that weren't there, so I have no "least" for this product.
- I think it should be more adaptive so smaller businesses can get what they need without paying for and getting confused with the enterprise settings.
- Often disconnects from Outlook, recipients often find it confusing to use.
