Pros/Cons
Pros
- Very easy to use, flexible, great store for documents and other Knowledge share files, secure, and managing a monthly calendar for the team works great.
- Security management, asset library, and effective document management are just a few of the amazing features. It integrates well with Office 365 products.
- I most enjoy the easy user interface on SharePoint. Collaboration tools and customizable templates make creating, organizing, sharing, and selling projects easy, stress-less, and fun.
Cons
- The search feature does not work too well and we find it odd that you have to open a text file and then open it again to edit it.
- Inability to drag and drop. At times only option is to download or upload files on to SharePoint.
- We need to depend on Microsoft support team for troubleshooting issues by providing the correlation id of the issues. The 5000 row limit of the List is the most annoying limitation of the SharePoint.
Pros
- Paperflite is definitely a content marketer's best friend. The platform is very user friendly and is easy to host all our content while ensuring the viewers get an experience that’s binge worthy.
- Been enjoying using Paperflite and it is an amazing tool to have while reaching out to clients. It allows you to customize to a variety of audiences and allows you to do it quickly.
- This makes me save time in finding assets. This tool also helps me understand how my prospects are viewing these assets.
Cons
- In fact, until now, we were struggling to manage all our content on Google Drive.
- Shame on me - I wish I had found this long ago. The setup was a piece of cake.
- Not too sure if it's the internet connection or just a glitch on the website.
