Pros/Cons
Pros
- Very easy to use, flexible, great store for documents and other Knowledge share files, secure, and managing a monthly calendar for the team works great.
- Security management, asset library, and effective document management are just a few of the amazing features. It integrates well with Office 365 products.
- I most enjoy the easy user interface on SharePoint. Collaboration tools and customizable templates make creating, organizing, sharing, and selling projects easy, stress-less, and fun.
Cons
- The search feature does not work too well and we find it odd that you have to open a text file and then open it again to edit it.
- Inability to drag and drop. At times only option is to download or upload files on to SharePoint.
- We need to depend on Microsoft support team for troubleshooting issues by providing the correlation id of the issues. The 5000 row limit of the List is the most annoying limitation of the SharePoint.
Pros
- About Staffbase I like the easy handling the most. We have created our mobile App and Intranet in a very short amount of time and are very happy with it.
- Improved internal communication, all employees have the access to the companies documents (in the right version), the can collaborate, the native app is fantastic.
- Great app, very user friendly and intuitive. This makes internal communication fun.
Cons
- The representation often is not similiar to the desktop version or is completely destroyed.
- What we are missing is the mapping of a multi-stage workflow. At the moment, this cannot be solved within the Staffbase software.
- You can't search for news channels (big basic problem!).
