It just works
Has most if not all of the features of Google Docs but is not google. Certainly very user friendly
CONSIt is a hard sell to compare it to Google docs as that is free. The old adage of if you aren't paying for something then you are the product is accurate though.

Perhaps The Best Self-Hosted Offering
I don't like my dependence on Google Docs, but it still has functionality I've not reproduced.
PROSIt's very doable to self host, and the documentation is quite good.
CONSLike nearly all OSS self-hosted software, there are significant differences between the licensed and community tiers.
Reason for choosing ONLYOFFICE Docs
The superior offline capabilities and ability to control my own data is irreplaceable; Google Sheets' array formulas are similarly so. As such, I have to use both.

Great Alternative to Microsoft Office and less expensive
I use it at work and have been very happy with the results

Office solution for document collaboration
OnlyOffice is a whole set of services, a modular system.
PROSQuite easy to use (especially the cloud version) and use. There are both on the Microsoft platform and iPhone, iPad. It is possible to connect cloud services to store information and your hard drive. There is a free base plan for use in the cloud.
CONSThere are many flaws. Some files just don't open absolutely rondomally. Large amounts of data are neither downloaded nor downloaded.

Good alternative for creating and editing files
In my experience I started using this suite because at some point I need to use free software, so it was a very good option to replace the paid suite that I previously used.
PROSIt is a good alternative suite for creating and editing documents, I use its free version.
CONSFor those who are used to using another suite, it may be difficult to change to libreoffice, since the interface and many functionalities change, however with the passage of time the user adapts to its use.

Fantastic office file generator
Honestly speaking, I would suggest this software to businesses of all sizes. Very useful tool in all respects.
PROSOnlyOffice is a fantastic piece of software that generates and manages office document files like word and excel. Doesn't require any expertise or training, very self intuitive interface.
CONSSome features require an extra step to resolve, hope developers will note and make it more simple.

The best documentation software
Great for my own use and for any type of business.
PROSI like that I can edit my documents, especially the PDF type by this product, it saves a massive effort.
CONSThe cost is too expensive and the free trial is too short.

Solid Office Suite
Only Office has been a tremendous office suite software. It integrates with my Google Workspace and Drives.
CONSNo major issues. I have very few concerns with Only Office.

Best & easy to use MS Office alternative
ONLYOFFICE Docs is a very good Microsoft office alternative and has a really nice GUI. Best part is that it's available in the perpetual license and you can use it in the browser. It comes with document, spreadsheet & presentation editor and supports Microsoft office file formats as well.
CONSMy only concern is the price of this software, which is a little expensive for users like me who are finding an alternative solution of MS Office. Otherwise, all other features are pleasant.

Fantastic cloud offering hampered by a significant change in pricing that makes it untenable
Excellent product with great features. Pricing is no longer competitive with other online services that offer the same capabilities.
PROSI've used OnlyOffice for many years now for my small company, and it's been excellent. It makes getting to docs and presentations easy and simple, even when sharing and collaborating. Never had any issues with uptime or access. Loved the features and functionality.
CONSRecently they changed their pricing model and pushed out the small businesses, and now it's no longer affordable like it used to be. Talking to their customer service resulted in a "well, sorry, that's the way it is now...", so we will have to find another similar product/service at the previous price point. This is quite disappointing, as it's a great service. I guess when companies grow, they ultimately choose to discard the smaller businesses that supported them in the early stages. Unfortunate.

Have the features of MS office at half the price.
We are using OnlyOffice in our team as an alternative to MS office, its lower price has helped us to control licensing costs.
PROSBeing able to create and edit documents, also we can search anywhere in the document using text, it also integrates easily with spelling checker software and that is a nice feature to have.
CONSIt doesn't allow sharing of documents over Google drive or Onedrive. also the customer support is not the best in the world.

The only office tool you need
Onlyoffice is the only word processing that can work well with all kind of operating system. That feature is really helpful when you are working on Linux system that does not support MS office natively. Onlyoffice provides a much better compatibility than any other software
CONSSometimes the software hangs too much and the common window to show recent works is unnecessary

My work experience using ONLYOFFICE Docs
Being a tool focused on collaboration, I consider ONLYOFFICE Docs to be an excellent alternative to create, edit and preserve our text documents, spreadsheets and presentations. In addition, the project, crm and mail options add an important plus to the suite.
PROSOne of the things that I liked the most about ONLYOFFICE Docs is the tools it has integrated for projects and CRM, in addition to the fact that its use is very intuitive and the learning curve is very short.
CONSRegarding the application of presentations, I think that the number of options for transitions and backgrounds for the slides could be improved.

Ease of use, by far. Simplicity, without compromising on features, is important. And that's what you get.
CONSThings can feel cluttered at times. A REALLY simple way to get into a distraction-free zone would be ideal.

Best Software For Documentation

Great App Based Office System
I travel a lot for work and needed a mobile based editing system. This product does the trick.

Awesome Tool for any size business
Among all the sites and applications, I found ONLYOFFICE docs to have all necessary templates that my business required. The documnets are easy to customize, easy to understand and most importantly easy to share with team members for review and signatures. Love this product and highly recommend to anyone in the market for such product.
