Amazing platform for me

I would recommend PageTiger for those who want to create interactive content quickly and easily. It is especially great for organisations that need a secure access control system and a wide selection of templates and tools. However, if you are an experienced designer who needs more customization options, you may want to consider other options

PROS

PageTiger is easy to use, even for those without any design experience. It also has a wide selection of templates and tools that can be used to create engaging, interactive content. Additionally, PageTiger offers a fully secure access control system to ensure that only authorised parties can view content.

CONS

PageTiger can be expensive for some users, especially for those that need a full suite of features. It also lacks some of the customization options that more advanced users may desire. Additionally, PageTiger offers limited support options, which can be frustrating for some users.

It has changed the way I produce and communicate training to our commercial teams

PROS

What got my immediate attention was the capability to produce great looking documents that an audience can interact with, but what I like most is not the software itself, its the fantastic support services provided by the Page Tiger team. Their software is great, but their customer service is first class. Even if a competitor could bring a product to market with a few extra bells and whistles (which I don't think they will) unless they could beat the service I have received from the team I wouldn't be going anywhere else.

CONS

I am probably working at the edges of the software's capability, so anything I find I don't like about it, most customers probably haven't even discovered yet. Rather than "like least", It's more of a case of what I'd like more of. The guys at Page Tiger know what they are and they are usually pretty good at making them happen.

Interactivity is easy to use. Analytics are helpful.

CONS

Generally have to import a pdf created in Adobe InDesign as the design options are limited. Would be useful to have full create access to imported pdfs. Would be useful to have a the choice of an image hyperlink to attach to emails.

You can also send out your documents via TigerMailer too and this enables you to send your document as a text link, image or embed on your website. Impact with ease

I've been using Page Tiger for over seven years now and in that time I've been able to create so many high impact documents with ease. From staff magazines, Christmas/thank you cards, financial results packs, guides, onboarding documents - the list is nearly endless. It's measurable, flexible and when used in the right way, it really wows. As I've moved jobs, I've brought Page Tiger into new businesses and they've all been blown away by the functionality and impact that can be created, very quickly and for an incredibly moderate price. The support from [sensitive content hidden] and team has always been incredible and the CSMs have always been helpful, polite and well-informed.

PROS

It's so impactful - you can choose to use templates or go your own way and create documents which are truly bespoke to your needs. It's incredibly easy to use - it's not as complex as design tools in the Abode suite.It's measurable - you can see the impact your docs have made.It's secure - there's a range of security options that you can apply to keep you docs safe.It's flexible - you can change anything and everything to your needs and create something that is truly bespoke.

CONS

My only small wish is to be able to draw tables into docs (you can do this in pop-ups) but this is easily remedied with some lateral thinking.

Innovative, flexible, creative

PROS

I love the flexibility of it, it's wonderful to be able to integrate such a variety of interactive features from video to surveys to downloadable information. It means I can produce a range of internal an external communications suited to every need my organisation has. I started using this software my first day on the job with very little training and have always found it quite intuitive. When there has been something I have struggled to figure out, the guides and online support have been terrific.

CONS

Since the latest update not much! I'd like to be able to file images but there may be a way of doing that I have not yet found (I've not really had time to look!) One feature that would be useful is spellcheck / autocorrect in the text and story boxes.

A fabulous communications tool that keeps on getting better.

A very versatile communications tool with great multi-media functionality.

PROS

It's so accommodating. What ever you have in mind you to create Page Tiger gives you the freedom to be creative without having to have knowledge of specialist tools.

CONS

I'm struggling to answer this. Possibly the gallery and photo management system, however, I'm not sure how much my frustrations with this are caused by my own lack of knowledge. I have struggled in the 'more info' tool uploading photographs that are determined to appear upside down. I would like to be able to delete photos I will not use again and to be able to create subject folders for pictures so I can find past images quickly.

Regarding images, it is simple to delete visuals from your inventory that you no longer need - simply click on the magnifying glass icon next to the image and then the delete button (which has a rubbish bin icon next to it). You may be familiar with it, but there is a very useful user guide (under the 'help' button in the top toolbar when you log into your account), which is packed full of useful information. Finally, we have the right product to communicate with our visiting volunteers.

have only been using it for approximatley 6 months, but find it easy to use. I am due to book my training ; after which I will be able to apply even more functionality.

PROS

Very easy to use - a 45 minute quick intro on how to use page tiger was enough for me to create our monthly Visiting Volunteer updates and quaterly bulletins. Very user friendly with "common sensical" approach to creating an effective campaign.

CONS

it would be great if there were able to copy and paste individual pages from another document.

Regarding your comment about copying pages from another document, we recently added the facility to create a page library (go to documents>page libraries) then add document(s) (manage>manage version) to a page library and then selecting that library when creating a document. Incredible tool that will give you an alternative to dry and boring presentations!

Easy, cost effective and has changed how we communicate.

PROS

I have used PT for years now and introduced it to my current organisation when I moved roles. It's a brilliant tool for anyone in any capacity. I personally use this for recruitment and marketing materials however it can be applied to anything. The ease of use and great customer service and training teams make it incredibly simple to get the hang of. Customer service is super quick and friendly.

CONS

There's nothing I dislike at the moment!

It's not the software its the payment process. It is awful. Since October 2019 we have been trying to resolve paying Page Tiger with little or no response until [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] came along and resolved the problem straight away. We received countless emails regarding what we apparently owed by the support team email address but a lot of the invoices made no sense. I spent half a day trying to work out what we owed an then once i had sorted it no one from Page Tiger returned by emails except [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who is super helpful, friendly and a credit to Page Tiger as a new manager. We essentially needed one invoice for 30/32 users instead of 10 different invoices and not all of them made sense. We've eventually received this invoice, but the support team never responded to our emails sent throughout this year and kept sending unneccary emails; which wasted our time. I wouldnt be surprised if you were owed more money because the system doesn't stop people from creating an account without a PO number. What you should do is turn off the invoice notifications and when anyone is set up, create an invoice for 30 licenses await the PO number (which confirms payment has been approved) then the users should be added. Otherwise you have no way of monitorying this. Despite [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] background, she listens to all of your concerns and takes these onboard in order to provide excellent customer service. She's also very easy to work with. Thanks for sorting our issues :)

My colleagues advise me the software is relatively easy to use and the finished result looks great.

CONS

How the invoices are automated from the system and you cannot stop these emails being sent to the main account holder. There should be an option in place to turn off automated invoices and someone manually work this out. There is no surviellance on users so I expect your team have no idea whats owed to them.

Awesome!!

Speeds up out recruitment process and improves candidate engagement.

Love PageTiger. It has completely change the what we recruit and engage with candidates. It has also change the was we interact with existing staff. Worth every penny.

CONS

So now I have to thing of something ........ It would be good if there was an option to work offline.

Have been a learning curve for me but able to self train where unsure

I think this software is very easy to understand and use. The wizard creator is a helpful tool to begin creating your first article

CONS

Don't really dislike anything at the moment. When I get stuck or unsure on something, I can easily look at the help guide and pretty much find what I need from there. Would benefit with a little more training on the software

Using PageTiger has allowed us to produce professional and interactive e-learning materials.

I would recommend this software to anyone wishing to make interactive publications. We are using it as the platform for our in-house learning software and it is working really well.

PROS

Once you get the hang of PageTiger it is possible to develop material really quickly, even with no prior experience of publishing, graphic design etc. There is enough flexibility within the software to make publications that are really quite bespoke. I can spend my time thinking about the content and what it should convey rather than trying to get the content on the page. It is so much better than the static approach we used previously.

CONS

It would be great if Page Tiger had some functionality to add sketches or drawings. At the moment all images, whether photographs or a simple line drawing have to be imported in. There is a good choice of icons to use however.

Overall presentation is great. PageTiger customer service is outstanding and always willing to help and offer solutions.

CONS

Sometimes I find myself clicking around to see what I can do within PageTiger. Also, I wish more photos, graphics, etc were available for free.

Outstanding product, impeccable customer service

I find Pagetiger to be an outstanding, environmentally-friendly alternative to our formerly printed and often laminated brochures - with easy to manage, interactive functionalities that make it a snap to provide the level of information our customers need.

PROS

Flexible, user-friendly, allows you to create attractive, interactive resources with minimal hassle.

CONS

This is quite minor, but the software requires all of the pages of your pdf to be exactly the same size, and the images in our documents periodically cause problems during the upload phase. Fortunately, the customer service is so outstanding that the resolution of any problem has always been quick and painless - and how many companies can boast of that?

My Review

PROS

I use this software for our onboarding booklet. It is really helpful and saves my time a lot. No more printed papers, a lot easier for younger generations who are accustomed with smartphones and technologies. A little bit difficult for older generations though.

CONS

I cannot access my account from a different computer. They will send you an email and you need to access your account through the link they sent you. Problem is sometimes I am using a computer with a different account, so the Outlook email will not be mine (for ex. my colleague start the computer with her account, which will make me unable to access my email account from that computer).

Again, it's all about security in a digital world. However, we're planning to meet with your global team to look at how we can streamline global systems for 2019 to allow more user logins. I haven't been using PageTiger long but so far I've enjoyed my experience with it.

It's a great new way to share information and record users engagement.

PROS

There's tons of different templates to choose from if you want to hit the ground running and start producing publications quickly. These templates let you build up your publication quickly and produce a high quality, professional looking, interactive publication that should keep your readers engaged.

CONS

Templates can be a bit restrictive, if you want the freedom to create your own you can do that but it's a lot more time consuming.

Great service

I was really impressed with the way the team communicated promptly with each area of our business to get the tool up and running.

Excellent Design Service

Working with the design team was a positive experience from them providing guidance on what information was needed and their patience with some of the changes we asked to make. All in all, it resulting in us getting the product we wanted within our deadline.

PROS

We used the design studio days to produce a short booklet aimed at students who may wish to consider our NHS Trust as their future employer. The result was brilliant. The booklet is not only fresh, but engaging and contains lots of information but without looking daunting.

CONS

Great features, great support team and looks great!

Being able to design documents which are impactful with interactivity is brilliant. Prior to this, it was difficult to include interactivity without using a third party to do this for the company. Now we have the ability to do this for ourselves.

PROS

I love how the end product looks. Great design features and functionality in building issues or edited templates. The support team are extremely helpful, and honest too where there aren't any current solutions for a query.

CONS

Having to name issues/ publications several times (I've probably not got the hang of this yet and had not training on it to be fair). There are a couple of areas which would be beneficial if developed and incorporated into the software. For example, the capacity to duplicate multiple responses when setting up a survey/ quiz.

Excellent product, very professional and our new starters love it

It makes the firm look very professional to our new starters

PROS

That the end result looks like a professional magazine and our new starters have all commented on how professional it makes the firm look.

CONS

We have team photographs to our Onboarding to new staff and it can take some time uploading each and every photograph

PageTiger offers multiple authoring opportunities

PROS

I like that you can use PageTiger for sharing information and knowledge - it can be used to create magazines, onboarding guides, mini-sites, e-Learning, newsletters and plenty of other communication. It also has great accessibility features that can keep your comms or training compliant.

CONS

It's a bit difficult to get your head around the design interface if you haven't done a lot of graphic work but once you get a little training, the uses are potentially unlimited.
