Easy to use - Paperlez makes it easy to handle conversion to digital documentation

My company started using Paperlez around a year ago, but I only started using it over the past few months. I deal with digital documentation all the time - particularly with client proposals. Paperlez has overall been very useful and easy to use, especially when my project group spends significant amounts of time reviewing official project documentation and proposals. Paperlez's ability to read text to digital has been superb, and I've appreciated the platform's simplicity.

PROS

I very much have appreciated how easy it is to conduct document reviews with iterative revisions tracking. Obviously, its ability to convert paper documents to digital files is essential, and it's been a very easy to use central feature. Lastly, creating task assignments for group editing of documents has been very easy as well.

CONS

I can't think of anything specific to comment on here - I haven't noticed any particular drawbacks for this software platform.
