PDFfiller is a cloud-based content management solution for small to midsize businesses that want to utilize electronic forms. Key features include a document management platform, online PDF editor and a library of 25 million fillable documents.

PDFfiller enables users to create fillable PDF forms from scratch or convert an existing form. Some of the document editing tools include typing, erasing, redacting, highlighting and drawing. Users can also place images, logos, notes, text boxes, hyperlinks and video tutorials in PDFs.

The solution can also auto-fill forms by automatically merging data from a database or Excel sheet with a document and also send pre-filled copies out to sign. Users can also saved filled copies. Users can capture e-signatures and convert PDFs to and from DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT and JPG formats.

Nothing to like about the product. They tell you it’s free but when you go to save they ask for you to select a payment method

Cons

They call it free because of a money back guarantee. But it’s 100% not free. Very very misleading regardless of features.

The best program to work with documents

Pros

Easily completes and adds information to any document or report. You can size the information to fit the provided space, cut and paste and maneuver easily within the document. You can access the program and the documents you have completed as the application is on the web and it retains your completed report in their system.

Cons

If they could combine other pdf tools would be awesome. Some of the more common pdf functions include moving pages, separating pages and duplicating pages, etc...

It was cool to be able to fill in the blanks online and not have to print a PDF fill it out scan it then go back and scan it to send it out again

Cons

They made it seem that it was free but after your first document there was a fee that was not presented before you download it

It makes it so much easier to print of my cms 1500 forms for insurance billing.

Pros

I like that this software saves your previous work so you can reprint if you make a typo or need to add something to submit again.

One cannot operate a computer without it. At least this is what I'm finding out.

Pros

It all seems automatic, I would like to know more about it's function, Why's and what-fores, instead of just logging on and it appears. All I know is that it is a major function for downloading photographs and some documents. There should be a tutorial offered to those who are senior citizens and so many things are automatic.

Cons

It takes understanding its function to a non-software-computer person. Guess more instruction would help.

it allows me to update an existing PDF document relatively easy and quick. Love that about PDF filler!

Pros

I like how user-friendly it is. Definitely easy to use, even for a beginner! It also enhances the PDF file you are trying to update.

Cons

I think every feature within PDF filler should be available to a paying member and not have these tiered membership structures.

Its versatility mainly. There are a good range of functions that make the use of the product very easy.

Cons

It would be useful to have a larger range of fonts as sometimes the lack of variety is restrictive and therefore some documents cannot be created.

The accessibility is great and the look of the forms ones the user completes it is superb.

Pros

Accessibility is great and the convenience is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone in a business setting.

Cons

The monthly cost, but I like the fact that you can renew at any time. This program is cheaper when you pay for multiple months.

Ease of use. The program is easy to use and manipulate forms. I was introduced to program at another employer and requested my current company purchase

Pros

Document creation - used it for paper billing, in house forms, and staff checklists. Easy to create the document and implement

Cons

Alignment is sometimes different on the document than what prints. Can take a little trial and error to make it align perfectly.

Pros

Its so easy to use! I like the fact that i can easily send faxes of the document that i created! I can now get rid of three other services i paid for and just use PDF FILLER!

I wish their was a line i could call to get tech support because I am sometimes in need of a really quick question. I cant find anyone to help!

We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.

Cons

There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

I was able to sign pdf forms anf fill in info + sign using my personal laptop. It eould be awsome if I could use your software to process work related activities.

Pros

It is very user friedly. It works fast and it is impressive how it communicates with my laptops. It works really well for my personal use But not for work. I work for Raytheon, and it could be that a firewall is not letting a full integration for using your wonderful software.

Cons

I cant use it for work because my company laptop issued to me does not have some software required to process the integration into the work pdf files.

User-friendly and it saved the first draft so I had time to purchase a trial run of the software in order to save the final version on my PC.

The signature feature is wonderful. Tabbing around the form is easy. It makes signing documents very convenient instead of having to print them out and sign and fax or send back.

Cons

It seems like each time I try to do something new, it costs extra. Example is signatures. Only holds 3 signatures.

Ease of use. From downloading to modifying. Short learning curve. Provided easy solution to modifying old forms by scanning/uploading and easy modification.

Cons

From what little I used it to create new forms, more flexibility would have been nice for import and modifying images. But since I rarely used this program for creation I may not have explored the features properly.
